Prickly pear margarita was outstanding. Calamari was delicious but a small portion. The queso was also a small portion, and if our server hadn’t suggested we request chips with it, would only have come with small, dry, unappealing tortillas. My salmon served with asparagus and risotto was perfectly cooked and delicious. Steaks were ok. I don’t believe they offer dessert. Server was great, and the atmosphere was very nice.

Food was okay. All drinks came in same mason jar. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Great staff/service! Cocktails were delicious. Our entree’s were as followed: Spanish Halibut - very very dry, lentils & chorizo & succotash were delicious. Glazed bone in pork chop - tender, prepared perfectly, apricot fig wild mushroom ragout amazing.

It was chilly outside but our dinner in the igloo was comfortable. Our waitress was excellent. She was very attentive, friendly, and professional. The food was very good and was served warm. Our overall experience was excellent and we would highly recommend Shadow Rock.

Mark was amazing and very friendly. Food was delicious w beautiful presentation. Only bad point was they ran out of martini glasses. Had wine instead and topped off with an old fashioned. Celebrating my sister’s 60th birthday presented her w dessert. We ate outdoors in private igloo. Very nice experience

Similar to some other reviews I didn’t realize this was part of a Hilton until it was too late and would have chosen somewhere else. The posting is very misleading. We had a 7:30 reservation for 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and after getting seated it took 15 minutes before we got any water and I had to get up and find a server to wait on us. After that the service was good but the rest of the experience was just terrible. The food and drinks were grossly overpriced. My wife ordered the queso mac and cheese and it was bland and just not good. For $28 you would have expected this to be cheese aged on top of the red rocks themselves, instead it was just some boxed pasta mixed with corn and black beans. I had the pork chop which was ok, but not ideal when you would describe something as not terrible. Honestly we probably would have left when we pulled up and realized the situation but given how late it already was we were concerned that we wouldn’t be able to get in any where else because of how early everything shuts down. The icing on the cake was our bill ended up being over $200 (with tip) for the four of us. Again, we didn’t even get the most expensive menu items and just had one drink a piece between us. Absolute joke and would never recommend.

Had a food credit as a Diamond status staying here so decided to make a breakfast reservation. Knew it was Easter, knew they had a buffet (as I've read they do in general on the weekends but can't say for sure) but also saw a menu online so since I didn't read anywhere that Easter was buffet only assumed I'd order off the menu as we aren't big eaters. Got seated earlier than our reservation time, which was nice. Place was empty at 6:30am. The person seating us told us to help ourselves to the buffet and so I asked about menu and she said no, buffet only. Was our last chance to use the credit so just decided to go with it. There was a carving station with ham, omelet station then in another area was scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links, breakfast potatoes and pancakes all in warmer dishes. There were also muffins and pastries but those were your typical hotel ones. Nothing amazing. They had a fruit punch and orange juice, both seemed fresh. They also had yogurt in a bowl and hot oatmeal with toppings. It also included coffee. Cost was $35/person. Ham was ok, omelet great. Other stuff ok. I had a little of everything and was full. Had I ordered off the menu I would have gotten an omelet only or a continental option. Service was slow. Seemed to be a mixup with who served us and it took a while to get my coffee. While there it was us and 2 other couples. More famikies were coming when we left around 7:30. Don't think I'd go for the buffet again just because we just aren't big eaters.

Faith was the star of the show!!! The restaurant itself was average and the feel very much in line with a chain hotel
