The restaurant offers both cozy booths and intimate tables for couples, as well as a communal sharing table, casual counter dining and a private dining room seating 16.
Food was excellent as always, but the service was pretty bad compared to normal. The restaurant was also very loud, so we struggled to have a conversation.
great food, good refills on the bubble!! Def go back!!
Lovely staff, amazing food, great value. Would visit again!
Fabulous food, nice location and great service by George!
Having been a number of times already, looking forward to dinner with friends here. Sadly disappointed. Apparently they had some staffing issues that night and it showed. Drinks orders arrived individually, some food dishes didn’t arrive at all. Getting staff attention hard as they were all clustering around the tills talking to each other. And the food was also not up to usual standard. Had to speak to the manager on leaving as it was such a shame. Hopefully just a one off.
Decided to try this modern fusion Japanese / Oriental restaurant following some good reviews about its desserts. It's tapas style dishes looks nice and quality was ok. Felt the fish was somewhat too salty. I'd recommend their Korean chicken wings, though not suitable if you can't handle spicy. Not to forget its signature matcha sundae dessert to top it off. Service was great, helpful and friendly staff who made it a enjoyable lunch.
Great place, amazing food. But it’s damn noisy!
Great meal, good service but the noise level is crazy. I would not go there for a date.
Always go here for there amazing wings!
We had a lovely waiter friendly and really helpful
Food is delicious every time I go and that dessert is AMAZING.
Delicious food that you can't stop thinking about for days. The drinks are great too and all of the staff are lovely, welcoming, and helpful. I hope that you hire more staff though, these guys are so busy even on a weekday. Get the katsu sando it is unbelievable!
The food is truly amazing and we were very well looked after.
a great place with a nice tasting menu, very tasty and delicious food
The food was great but the service was pretty disappointing. No one informed us that our dishes would arrive at different times and part of our order never arrived! Service might be better during the week or maybe we were just unlikely, but we definitely felt like not paying the service charge.
We had an enjoyable meal for four in this informal setting. The food was in the main excellent with the Korean Fried Wings and the Hot Stone Rice notable. The service was friendly but a bit chaotic. The place had a nice buzz but was not too loud for the older members of the party.
Great food and great atmosphere. Staff were really friendly and helpful when we couldn't choose.
Definitely have the aubergine bao bun!
Food was great, but the service was really poor. Took ages to get someone's attention to take our drinks order and food order. We had to ask multiple times for water. When our food was cleared away at the end of the meal, no one came over to offer us desserts, so instead we asked for the bill (which also took a while to get). Maybe they were understaffed that evening, but the customer service was really disappointing.
Food was amazing as always, some dishes are a bit pricey for the amount you get. It became very noisy and the service took forever, had to chase drinks and food more than once.
Fabulous food - every dish was delicious and brilliant service. My glass was never empty. Thank you very much for looking after us.
The brunch was definitely worth doing and love that it was unlimited small plates- they’re right that you won’t need more than 2-3 per person but we loved one so much that it was great to be able to order it again. The waiting staff were very attentive with the prosecco and not too pushy to make us leave even though we were a bit beyond the 2 hour limit. Really loved that dessert was also included for a sweet hit at the end!
Was a little loud
We came for bottomless brunch on Sunday and we had a great time. Our waiter was lovely and very attentive- my glass was always full! Food was delicious and what a great deal that was! I will be definitely coming back and recommending to everyone. Thanks so much!
Really appreciated how I never saw the bottom of my prosecco glass!
We ordered classic Mr Louis favourites -edamame, salt and pepper squid, duck bao, chicken yakitori, beef fillet, Korean wings, iberico pork, a few vegetable dishes and then shared french toast and matcha ice cream for desert. Had bottle of wine and couple of beers and it was only 50 a head! Also do sushi and bits like that too. Not wow food but easy, fresh, tasty, good service and reasonable prices
Great food. Very slow service
Chose the Sunday Brunch and it was great value for money given what it includes. Service was not perfect due to the high demand but it improved after peak time and the food was fantastic. Would definitely go again especially on a Sunday.
Went for the bottomless brunch - food was great, particularly the starters (unlimited), the duck bun, pork bun, prawn toast and seared salmon were highlights. Mains were okay. The service was very slow for getting drinks topped up which is not ideal at a bottomless brunch- was left with empty glasses for 10-15 minutes at a time, and they are strict on the 2 hour time slot so this is where the service was lacking. Without the slow service I would say it’s a good value bottomless brunch.
The food was delicious and would go eat here again tomorrow!
From the moment we entered the restaurant and were told ‘we need the table back at nine’ I got the feeling this wasn’t going to be good. It was saved by some great individual service but the idea of a simple menu didn’t quite work out. We ended up with a mish mash of foods brought at different times. If I wanted that I’d go to Wagamamas, this was supposed to be special but felt very ordinary. That said the Korean wings were amazing, however that was the only standout. Came so well reviewed so perhaps my expectations were too high?
Went for brunch, and it was genuinely delicious. The prawn toast masquerading as omonoyaki was a highlight, as were the crispy duck bun and chicken wings. Staff were attentive and kept the glasses topped up. Would go again, and recommend to anybody looking for a fun atmosphere and great food (at an extremely good price).
This restaurant is one of my favourites. The atmosphere, the amazing food and the people who work here, are spectacular. Every time I go to London, I visit this place just to enjoy with everything!
We shared the taster menu between two with accompanying sake and it was incredible. The best prawn toast around and the Koreon chicken wings were out of this world. Each and every course was delicious!
Top class place, excellent food and service in a nice environment.
One person of the restaurant called me to confirm the reservation and that it was for a birthday, I was expecting a small candle on the dessert and nothing. No communication
The food is amazing and the service efficient. I recommend.
Food was ok but the noise level was horrendous and found it very difficult to hold a conversation. I also had to ask for our food a number of time as some of the dishes were forgotten about.
Absolutely stunning food!! The Prawn toast is an absolute dream, im still thinking of it now.
Food was good and fun. Simple but tasty. but way too loud. Almost impossible to have a basic conversation
Great service on our second visit.
