   Our server Rami was very nice. The food was really good, including the wagyu meat. We celebrated my husband birthday, and he got a small gift, which was a thoughtful gesture.

   This is a non traditional restaurant and makes for an interesting experience. The ipad ordering, robot delivery, cooking yourself and all you can eat is a combination of things I don't think is found anywhere else. The Wagyu meat was very good and the human server was friendly. I think this is a great place for a special occasion.

    If you like shabu shabu, this place is for you. You select one of four broth then order via table touch screen. Robot delivers your order very quick. Selection is limited, couple beef and shrimp, and you can select vegetables to add to your broth. You have very limited selection of maki rolls, which was just OK. You come here to eat shabu shabu beef anyway. It’s all you can eat and beef was delicious with the broth and vegetables that was added. They offer variety of dipping sauce you can try. Restaurant was clean and staff was very friendly. There are some tables in odd location, couple right by entry front desk and couple by staff station where buffet food are setup. People waiting for table are literally few feet away. These two area have lots of traffic, hence not really relaxing. It’s definitely worth trying if you like meat.

    It was okay. Food was cut pretty small but it allows it to cook really fast. Crab was pretty good. Sushi was nice. Not a sushi restaurant but it was just nice. Their buffet area allows you to pick what kind of sauce but it was way too many to choose. They also have yakitori and karage and they were really nice. Service is okay. Robot does a lot.     We love this place! It was our second visit there and it’s a fun and unique dining experience with the robot food delivery. There were times when we ordered some thing and it was delivered to our table by the robot with in two minutes so it was crazy fast. The servers are great and the quality of the food is really good. We like that you can use the iPad at the table to re-order more food or drinks. Pricing is tiered based on your choice of protein and includes unlimited trips to the buffet for veggies & ramen, hot items and dessert and non alcoholic drinks. They do not offer a vegetarian or vegan price, but it is vegan friendly with all the veggies and tofu, Ramen, and broths for cooking in the hot pot. One thing to take a note of, they add an 18% “ service charge” and this is not a gratuity that the servers get. So if you have great service, like we did, be mindful of that. Both times we tipped almost $25 as our bill was over $100 with tax & service charge added.

    We went for lunch 11:30am 4/8/23 Saturday. After we ate the bill came included gratuity. Our waitress ( female) hand the bill and said “ the gratuity does not goes to me so it’s nice if you guys give me tip in cash Basically bills included gratuity and giving the waitress cash tip, this restaurant require 40% tip??? Is that right?? It’s a buffet basically half or more of the time I served my self.

    Great Shabu Shabu restaurant in Schaumburg. First time I had gone (other members in the group had been there before and highly recommended it). The food was delicious and service (both human and ‘robot’) were excellent. I really enjoyed the whole experience and left very satisfied.

    Nice afternoon dining there. It was easy to get around the buffet with my walker. The vegetable selection was generous with 3 types of cabbage. Rice cake, onions leeks and especially cherry tomatoes. Ice tea hack: order a cup of ice and a hot green tea. When the tea is strong enough, pour into glass of ice! Wagyu meat selection on point with the chuck being really good. The brisket was no slouch. Learned how long to cook shrimp properly and it makes a huge difference in flavor. We were there during a shift change so service at the end was a bit discombobulated but the manager stepped in and got us our bill personally. Thank you! I didn’t catch his name.

    This visit was ok. Food was ok, not many sides option at buffet as usual. We went at 3pm. The restaurant was not busy at all, not many guests. So, we were wondering why our waitress took so long with our drinks, more than 5 mins. We had to use button to call a staff. Our empty plates were left at the table for a while which left us with no room for incoming food. They should consider a specific robot where guests can send empty plates on if they will not be picked up. Surcharge should not be applied automatically as sometimes the amount does no apply if service was not good.

    It’s a nice experience overall (different than other buffets) but overpriced in my opinion. Don’t be surprised that 18% tip will be added automatically to your bill. There is a good variety of food, deserts and dipping sauces not much choice of sushi and that was really average in taste.. I am glad I tried it but it was expensive and most likely one time thing for me.

    Wasn't busy at all for late lunch on a Sunday. Service was a little slow but not overly problematic. Only 2-3 paper thin slices of wagyu per order. The robot servers are a hit every time. The buffet stayed pretty stocked each time we went up for veggies and sauces.

    This is one of my favorite places to go. They like many restaurants ate having a server shortage so don't expect super quick service at this time. Thankfully they have the awesome robots that deliver meats to your table so it helps. The food is excellent, the buffet bar alone is awesome. Definitely recommend.
