This was mine and my girlfriend’s first time. We were very impressed with the food selection. We both are from Asian backgrounds and we’re very familiar with all the foods that were there. Everything was very tasty and it did not seem extremely salty, which was good. There was a huge variety for children and adults and they had so much more than just the hot pot portion. We ate with extremely full tummies. We hope to be back sometime soon and I plan to bring family back. It was also adorable how our birthdays were celebrated. The extra treat was absolutely delicious. I would say the only negative is the coffee didn’t taste really good but I am not sure what kind of coffee they used. We came in with a reservation and we were on time and had to wait a little bit, but it was no big deal. Because we came on a weekend. It was a little more expensive. We opted out of getting the expensive meat and found ourselves happy with what we got. It is a little bit pricey we chose the middle level and with tip was about $50 a person. Definitely not your average weekday dinner for the family but definitely a good occasional treat

We’ve never been to this place or anything like it. It was great! The robots are fun. You should have a “cute” way to tip them like an oil can or something. Since we had never been, a more thorough explanation of what to do and how to do it would have made it better. Also, since you have crab legs AND pancakes & waffles, you should have butter available. We will be back

The changes they have made here are not for the better. When you’re paying $60 a person, it’s not too much to ask to have more than 10” clearance at the table. We were at a booth where the people behind us clearly moved the seats as ours were now on an angle. It was almost impossible to negotiate getting in and out and forget about your legs since now I was up against the bottom of the kettle. The buffet area is a war zone with people acting like it’s life or death to get to the sauces and veggies. Getting rid of the iPads to order and making you use your own phone sounds good in theory, but sucks in practice. And no one explains that you don’t pay there and no one is coming around often enough that you could get this handled quickly. So many people just order a million plates at once (the table across from us got 27(!!!) for three people to start and had not even gotten to the kid point a half hour later. That kind of behavior just makes long delays for everyone else. And not being able to order soda refills just wastes server time. I think we are done with this chaos.

We have the reservation at 5:15 pm. Was waiting at the counter until 5:35 to get the table, and didn`t get it. Had to leave and find another place for dinner.

This was the 1st time dining here and it was amazing. The way you are able to pick your own ingredients and then cook it in the different broths. It was an amazing experience.

What a great deal the lunch special is! Fun to cook your own ramen and veggies. Our server was really helpful as it was our first time there

It’s a good concept and the food is good, but eliminating the table side iPads and making you use your phone for ordering is awkward. Dishes are also in short supply at the buffet for sauces which makes things hard to transport. The pricing is high enough without having to have all the add on charges for things too - just a turn-off.
