Was an enjoyable hot pot meal. Food and service were good and seating was very nice. I would return. While I think this location is good, I think the location in Schaumburg is better, the buffet selection is larger in Schaumburg and I prefer using the provided ipad than having to use my phone. The seating is better at Naperville.

The service was fast and friendly! The buffet had a lot of options for veggies, sides, desserts, and add-ins. Everything about the AYCE special was really easy to understand and I love the little robots that bring meats and sushi to the table.

This was my 1st time at Shabu and it was excellent. The vegetables were amazing and so fresh. We tried waygu beef and all sorts of veggies cooked in either Korean hot soup or miso soup. Our server was the absolute nicest young man! He explained everything. We will definitely be back. The place was spotless and the robots delivering the food were interesting! Loved it, great prices and worth your time to try this place.

Delicious and easy to maneuver. The vegetables being at the sauce bar is really helpful in getting started so you are only waiting for meat. The trays are stackable when the meat comes so the table isn’t crowded like some hotpot places. The decorations leave a bit to be desired, but otherwise lovely. Could use a few more special desert options, but if you get there early enough you can always hit the bakery next door after.

Fun dinner. Food and service was great. My only complaint would be no butter for the crab legs, large variety of other dipping sauces, just no butter. The cotton candy was a huge plus. Highly recommended. Must try
