Cocktails are a bit too pricy for what you get, wine prices are ok, food is excellent. Ambience is great and service is outstanding. Overall a wonderful experience.

Seymours has great ambience, decor & atmosphere - I love the French influence - it's a perfect place to celebrate special occasions.

Awesome ambience and creative menu! My husband and I enjoyed a date night here before seeing a play, and Seymour’s did not disappoint. It’s quaint atmosphere is reminiscent of a speak easy style New Orleans bar. We ate the best fried chicken we have ever had! I would highly recommend stopping here for a sophoscated cocktail and dinner.

Best Bloody Mary and Oysters I have ever had. The music was perfect and I was thoroughly entertained by the bar staff. The intimate setting with closed curtain made for a very memorable night. I will be back for sure.

I think that Seymour's is best to visit at night, so that you can soak up the atmosphere. Especially when the curtain is closed, and it becomes quite intimate, and quiet. the music volume was good, too.

I’m wary of leaving Seymour’s a 5 Star review as people often times don’t believe a 5 Star and can think it’s the business reviewing themselves. However I can’t in good conscience leave anything less. This. Place. Is. Excellent. Simply excellent. The decor, the ambience, the staff, THE SERVICE, the cocktails, the food. It all combines to deliver a truly memorable dining experience. I must also mention the service one more time. Impeccable. I was remiss in finding out the names of the gentlemen who served us and I will ensure I do not make that mistake again so I can properly thank them by name. Simply stunning cocktails. Freshest oysters I have had in Brisbane. You can not go wrong here.

One of the best bars I've been to! Exciting cocktails every month and still able to do almost any other cocktail tailored to your taste. Really cool space, as well, with staff who are attentive and fun. New food menu was awesome, as well. They have everything you want on a night out and will definitely be coming back here regularly.
