One of our favorite restaurants! Great food and service. We don’t drink but they seem to have creative cocktails and an extensive wine list. They even have mocktails for us non drinkers. Can’t go wrong here.

We were a party of 8 celebrating a birthday. Our server, Chris, was very attentive. He made very helpful recommendations for drinks and entrees. He was present but not intrusive. We had a little of everything on the menu from the special menu of the day, the skirt steak, the salmon, the halibut—-it was all delicious. We come here for my partner’s birthday every year! It’s always a wonderful experience and the food is magnificent!

Very disappointed in the service. It took almost 15 minutes before our waiter came to the table. Ordered drinks and it took another 15 minutes before he or the drinks came. Food was great but I’ll think twice before going back.

An early Saturday evening, prior to going to the orchestra. Terrific service. Great food scallops, ceviche, skirt steak. The butternut squash bisque was amazing. Have been to Seviche before and will definitely return!

Our reservation was made as a “special occasion” which was intended to have a nice, relaxing dinner with family we haven’t seen for months….we absolutely felt that Benjamin rushed us to move us on quickly on our dining experience which was unfortunate. Oftentimes, my husband and I we found our water glasses empty and couldn’t find Benjamin to refill. I’m not sure if there was a larger party in back room which may have taken his time away from our table? Our food; oysters, calamari, salads and entrees were delicious and wanted to be sure to include in our review.

I made a reservation for my wife's birthday at Seviche. We are relatively new to Louisville and I read about the chef in a local magazine so thought we'd give them a try. Absolutely 5 out of 5 stars all the way around! Really cool bar with some unique craft cocktails. My wife had their version of an old fashioned and she loved it. Our server was Benjamin and he did an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable, got to know us an then made a variety of recommendations based on our likes/dislikes and let me tell you everything we ate was delicious and prepared perfectly. I got the grilled swordfish steak and loved it. Inhaled it actually haha. My wife got the Argentinian steak and it was incredible. At the end of dinner, Benjamin brought out a tres leches dessert with a candle for my wife. Super kind and thoughtful. We absolutely will be back!!

While the food was wonderful for the price the portions were very small leaving us all hungry at the end. We ordered the scallops for $43 and received three. There was no carb served (bread or rolls) and the waitress seemed uninterested in our table.

Somewhat disappointed after reading the other reviews. We were placed in a back room with no windows-not very inviting. The appetizers were quite good-especially the empanadas. My guest ordered the special which was a filet- a tiny piece of meat! Tres Lethe cake was great

First time at Seviche. Three of us ate at the bar. All had different dishes. All were excellent S were the drinks. Bartender was very knowledgeable and she made good recommendations. Highly recommend!!

Food was excellent. Ambiance was poor. We were put in a back room that had a giant tv and felt like a conference room. Hopefully get seated in a better area next time but would go back just based on food.

It’s very rare you go for a nice dinner and everything is just Outstanding! Seviche on Saturday night was. The guacamole with vegetables was creamy, spicy and delicious. Our salads were very fresh with the perfect amount of dressing. Our entrees of salmon & halibut were cooked perfectly and very delicious. The black cherry ice cream dessert was so creamy and flavorful. Service was attentive when appropriate. Drinks were excellent. If you have not tried Seviche yet, you are missing out. A perfect meal to make a perfect evening. We can’t wait to return.

The food was delicious. However, our server disappeared for at least 20 minutes. We had to flag down another server to order another drink and to have our server return. It still took another 5 minutes or so for her to return. She had no apology or explanation for why she was gone so long. I am pretty tolerant especially when restaurants are busy, but this was the worst service I have had in several years. Very disappointed since we had heard such amazing things about the restaurant.
