   This was our first time at Seviche! I had always heard good things about this Restaurant. I took my husband for his birthday weekend and it was AMAZING!!! Everything was exceptional! From the Valet parking, to the hosting, to us being served fresh cucumber water, the appetizers, our entrees to my husband receiving the best tres leches cake and ice cream ever! We were in Awe!!! The menu for the evening was specifically for the Kentucky Derby so it was a limited menu but we will be back VERY soon to try the regular menu. I think I found my favorite Latin Restaurant in Louisville so far. Not sure if anyone else can top this. Lol! Thank you Seviche for the most amazing evening! I would recommend this Restaurant a 1000 times! And prices are not too shabby! Chris was our Server and we loved him! He did an awesome job serving us! We hope to get him next time.

   Salads are fresh, skirt steak is so flavorful. Service is always efficient and friendly. Really appreciate valet parking too.

   There was a positive energetic vibe. We had the spicy shrimp Seviche and chimichurri skirt steak with mushroom medley (sub). Perfectly cooked! Such a wonderful meal - saw a couple of friends and had a short visit ~BONUS!!

   A delightful experience from drinks to dessert. Service is attentive but not over the top. The food is outstanding....don't miss the chocolate Tres Leches if it's on the dessert menu! My only regret is that it took me so long to come back here!!!

   This is our go to for special dinners. We’ve never had anything that wasn’t the best version of what it is. Everything is delicious, and the service is great.

   Seviche delivers excellent food well prepared and distinctive. In a group of 6 people there are alot of things going on, so its valuable to have quality service.

    Love their appetizer quacamole, love the salmon and snapper! Excellent soup special, but spicy as waitress appropriately described. Excellent service,  A very perfect meal, thank you
