Seven Sushi
Seven Sushi is one of go to date nights. Consistent great food and service.
Seven has great food and good value. Nice ambiance, especially during covid because it is very open and spacious.
We love coming to Sevens! Our favorite sushi place for sure.
Great service. Food was excellent and they were very attentive about Covid cleaning. I felt very safe
Always a great date night! Great food and great service.
Seven is always great. It never disappoints
Love this place! It was the first place we went when we could eat out again. Great food, always consistent.
The hostess that was at the front door had attitude and I felt was kind of rude
Seven is a good sushi restaurant but not one I would call exceptional.
Three things could make a big difference;
First, having a full bar and not just wine, beer and sake. Whiskey, rum, vodka and tequila all need to have their day in the sun as well. A wider selection of local craft beers would make a good difference as well.
Secondly, the two toppers are way to small for your servers to properly place the variety of dishes brought to the table. This is my second time here and it was the same each time. Little to no room to place the next set of dishes. Try consolidating dishes as much as possible. We had three plates of sushi that could have just been plated different or on a larger plate.
Finally, variety in sushi! We asked for Masago and the waiter was dumbfounded. Fish eggs or roe are common with sushi but not here. Eel sauce and peppers seem to be on the majority of rolls. I do like the offering of real crab over imitation but why not just get rid of the fake crab altogether?
Overall, it’s worth going to again, if you can’t get reservations elsewhere.
Worst Japanese restaurant!
Everything was overly salted or too much soy sauce used for all dishes that was ordered. Sweet Potato fries and Sushi roll was the only items not salty! I should have read the other reviews that mentioned regarding the salt.
Always enjoy Seven Sushi. Consistency of quality never disappoints.
The beef udon was Very Very salty.. it would have been pretty good if it wasn’t so salty! I had the salmon dish with the fried rice. The rice tasted very very strange, like it had some kind of cleaner added to it... 🤢 I didn’t finish it, the salmon however was very good, the rice also seemed like unc bens rice, not the traditional sticky friend rice..
Some of our group had been to dinner here before and enjoyed it. However, on this day our expectations were not met. Our waitress confused our table number with another table so half of our tables food showed up around 15 minutes earlier than the other half. The Yakisoba noodle bowl seemed fresh but was so salty it was almost inedible. The sushi was not rolled well, the rice on the outside of our spicy tuna roll was falling apart upon arrival (later we would find out that the sushi we received was not the sushi we had ordered); the sushi itself was alright, not worth $15/roll. The waitress was kind and didn’t make us pay for the incorrect roll of sushi. Based on the other sushi options in Bozeman, we sadly won’t be trying here again.
Always great sushi! The staff was very friendly and helpful.
This place is amazing. I highly recommend the tuna collar. It's called something else on the menu but it is awesome!
This place is incredibly average, meaning it is like any strip mall sushi place in America. Very limited menu.
Excellent service. Great sushi. Would recommend anytime.
Nice space.
Tables were not cleared during service - could be a COVID thing but we have to move plates to the adjoining tables
Roll selection is very good, quality decent. Salmon Sashimi very average, tuna very good. im sure it changes based on volume and shipments but I wouldnt rush back here
Amazing. That's all there is to say.
We had a nice evening at Seven. The calamari appetizer was great, and the sushi rolls (both types) were excellent. We enjoyed the wine we ordered but as a note to other diners, they do not (yet) have a full liquor license, just beer and wine.
Our server, Ben, was excellent; attentive but not intrusive. Polite and engaging.
If you enjoy sushi, I highly recommend!!
Great! Good service and fabulous food
Sushi was great! Tables well spaced apart. We are going back for more!
Small comment. Perhaps something other than soy sauce packets please.
Loved Seven before this pandemic and love it even more now. Owners have made the space safe for diners, indoors and out, and the food is as good as ever! My favorite place for sushi and also for my 9 & 12 year old great-nephews!
I made reservations several weeks in advance. Two days prior, I confirmed the reservations through open table. When we arrived in Bozeman, the restaurant was closed for the day for “staff appreciation”. No one from Seven contacted us in advance (or since) to let us know they would be closed or apologize for the inconvenience.
It is the best restaurant in Montana!! The customer service was excellent and the food phenomenal. I even bought sim paraphernalia. Thanks for the amazing experience!
Service was very subpar for what we usually expect at this place (drinks were rarely refilled and we barely saw our server). Food was cold as well.
COVID messed with the ambiance and obviously it was quiet but we appreciated the table spacing and masks. The sushi was very good...we're spoiled for choice in San Diego but we thought this was a good local sushi restaurant.
Had a nice birthday dinner for our 19 year old and a few of her friends. Service was very good. Enjoyed appetizers and Uramaki rolls. Everyone enjoyed themselves!
We enjoy the sushi here much better than the "other place". Good service and they are quick.
Delightful service and delicious food. Very clean and prompt.
Seven never disappoints. We make it a priority to get there as often as we can. Our entire family loves it.
The food was fantastic and the service was phenomenal. It was a little loud for my taste but still a good atmosphere.
It was phenomenal as usual. We had a fantastic server and our food was amazing. I highly recommend the Jalapeno Yellowtail appetizer.
While many people still aren’t eating out, Seven was very focused on cleanliness and customer safety. I was impressed!
Seven never disappoints, always great food and service.
We were searching for places to eat in Bozeman on Valentine's Day and discovered Seven on a list of restaurants with gluten and dairy free options on their menu. Making a reservation on Open Table was quick and painless.
The restaurant staff were great to work with. They were flexible and accommodating when we ended up running late and got us seated quickly when we arrived. Our server was happy to offer recommendations on food and drink options and answer questions about allergies and modifications, and stabilized our really wobbly table so we didn't have to move.
The menu had a large variety of gluten and dairy free options and the quality of the food was amazing. We especially liked the Ziggy Stardust sushi rolls. This combination is not always easy to find. and Seven has easily made it to our top ten list of places to eat in Bozeman and we would definitely recommend trying it out.
Food and service was great!
Good sushi, a bit pricey but not horrible.
Great, loved it
