I wish we'd known of this place years ago--a wonderful, true urban gem that is increasingly rare in San Francisco.
Sublime Italian menu and wine list. the mushroom tortelli is to die for...
Food wasincredible. If you can, just order every single pasta. All homemade, changes daily.
Service was so-so. Our waiter seemed to always be in a rush: sped through the specials, no mention of good wine pairings. A couple two tables away had a different waiter - much more upbeat and better tableside manner.
We'd been wanting to try this restaurant since seeing it recited on "Check Please" over a year ago. A colleague also lives in the neighborhood and raves about it. 7 Hills did not disappoint. The menu, creatve but authentic, the wonderful wait staff, and the amazing wine list made our trip from Marin SO worth it. Though the restaurant filled quickly (we reserved for pre- LaughFest dining) it was quiet enough to have a normal conversation. LOVE this place and will be back.
Quite tasty. Small menu but everything on it looks delicious. Shared quite a few dishes. Pasta potions are not too big. They can certainly accompany abd entree too. Quaint spot - very small but in a good way.
This was our 2nd time at Seven Hills and it was even better than the first. The Heritage Farm Grilled Pork Chop is awesome. Our waitress, Naz was great too. She was very friendly and attentive. She recommended wines for each course we had and they were excellent. If you want a great dinner with awesome, friendly service, we highly recommend Seven Hills.
Truffle pasta was impeccable. Pinot Noir pairing tremendous. Tight quarters but worth it.
Loved it! Food was fantastic and the presentation was beautiful
Wonderful menu with very knowledgeable waiter. Lovely anniversary dinner!
