Welcome to Seven Hills. We are a rustic neighborhood bistro offering regional Italian food, located in the Russian Hill Neighborhood of San Francisco. We serve great fresh affordable food. Our emphasis is on homemade pastas. Our wine list is small but extremely well thought out and complements our cooking style. We look forward to taking care of you and your guests.     Parking is very difficult and can becoming time consuming. There is not a practical parking garage within walking distance. We highly recommend getting a taxi to us as finding parking can get really frustrating

    Our dinner was exceptional! Chef Anthony did an outstanding job preparing our delicious meals and our server Derek was very attentive providing service to us all night. He made some great food suggestions that we appreciated. We highly recommend Seven Hills! Grazie Mille!

    Excellent creative Italian food with seasonally inspired rotating dishes. It’s a small space but the flavors are big and wonderful. Off the beaten path but well worth the trek! We’ll definitely return!

    We showed up 25 minutes early to our reservation, they didn’t hesitate to seat us. Throughout the night the service was great and the food was even better. Would definitely recommend going.

    We were seated outside where each table had their own heater. Started with the burrata salad and focaccia. I had the mushroom bucatini and it was one of the best pasta dishes I have had. The waiter was knowledgeable and gave his opinion when deciding between dishes and recommended /provided tastes of wine. Overall, the top restaurant during our visit to SF.
