Wonderful experience. Food and service was excellent. First time back since they moved a few blocks down the street and love the new space.
The service was amazing, especially our server Sheila. The cucumber & tomato antipasti was the perfect combination of sweet & acidic. The truffles tortelloni special was heavenly.
Great dinner, will go there again. Nice wines, with great descriptions on the wine list.
Fantastic experience! Best garlic bread ever. The truffle tortellini was exceptional and the lamb chops succulent.
Well deserved fame. We had a great early dinner. The wine list has a broad selection. We had the gazpacho, which was one of the best we have ever tried. If you are planning to go, do not hesitate, it is an easy choice.
Alex and his entire staff offer exceptional service in every way! From the greeting, to the seating, actual eating, and then some, Seven Hills is a true gem worth visiting whenever possible. :)
Our waiter, Abraham, was great. The only negative was the main course was served too early.
Delicious Italian food for a reasonable price. Celebrated our anniversary and will definitely return. Alexei and the kitchen were very accommodating with our shrimp and garlic allergies.
Seven Hills offers the most sophisticated fare in a relaxed and in-uptight setting.
Good ambiance for a Friday night out. Our server was somewhat attentive but seemed overwhelmed at times. Food was fair to good. Did not live up to the hype.
The food and service was excellent. The special truffle pasta was delicious and the special ever Jack appetizer was outstanding
Every single plate we got hit the spot. We started with the garlic bread and meatballs... both were beyond delicious. The steak was a great way to end it. They were super accommodating with our reservation when we were running late. Still dreaming about the food!
I would definitely feedback and will recommend this Restaurant to my friends
Service was very good. Our waiter checked-in on us regularly, but not too much. He delivered drinks quickly so we were never waiting. The food was fresh and creative. Every dish was distinct and interesting--sometimes the description just didn't do justice to the actual dish which was must better. We will definitely go back.
Hands down one of my favorite restaurants in SF and one of my favorite restaurants overall. I can’t recommend Seven Hills enough.
Phenomenal. Extraordinary. Exceptional!
I love this place. I've been coming here for the past few years with my husband and we always, with no exception, have an amazing time. The food is so delicious, fresh and mouth watering, the service is perfectly timed, not too much not too little attention, I really couldn't say enough good words about this place. Thank you for a wonderful dinner, we will absolutely be back again.
Good, but not great.
Always love to dine at Seven Hills. Great food and very friendly staff!
Took the last reservation of the evening..9pm. Good fresh and delicious; service helpful and no sense of rushing us.
Food is always innovative…the black rice risotto with corn, cherry tomatoes and haricot vert under the cod was so delicious…it could have been a complete vegetarian dish. Always so many reasons to return and sample something new.
Everything was delicious - from start to finish. This is the perfect restaurant to try a bit of this and a bit of that. We began with the herbed focaccia, absolutely loved the kampachi crudo special - so fresh - and moved on to the generously sized prosciutto salad with peaches (yes, as good as it sounds). We split two pastas - the rich and decadent tortelloni was so buttery and amazing but not overwhelming in the least. The papardelle bolognese was excellent - a meaty and heavier pasta. Finally, we enjoyed the chocolate budino for dessert! Do not miss the wines here. The Barbaresco by the glass was superb.
Easily one of my favorite restaurants, period.
Exceptional every time! We always order the Tomato Braised Polpette which is honestly the best restaurant meatballs I've ever had - like homemade. This visit, we were there with another couple and so we ordered a selection of appetizers. Aside from the Polpette, we had the Burrata and the Wagyu Carpaccio which were fabulous. Each of us ordered a different pasta and shared because the flavors were so unique and delicious. We ended the meal with all three desserts on the menu. My husband wouldn't share his Panna Cotta so I can't say for sure, but I suspect it was great. :-) The Olive Oil Cake and Chocolate Budino were gone in a minute. The service was flawless too. They treat everyone like they're family. Try this restaurant and it will be on your short list for an evening out in San Francisco.
The pork chop was so delicate and silky, home made pasta lived up to its reputation!
Nicely designed, great vibe, and fresh locally sourced ingredients. Unique and creative dishes has made this my favorite restaurant. I would go every day if my finances permitted. :)
Appetizers, salads, wine, food, service and even dessert were all spot on. It was a remarkable menu, full of interesting choices, all of them delicious.
Felt very well taken care of, yummy food and wine!
Panzanella salad was outstanding, tortellini and agnolotti were very good, panna cotta very good. Ambiance was nice, like a neighborhood favorite. Would definitely recommend.
Super-relaxed environment, great service, delicious food. We loved it.
What can I say this place is always top notch service & the food is outstanding. Go, you won’t be disappointed!
Some of the best Italian food I've had in San Francisco.
Seven Hills is fabulous in every respect! We live in PA and, when we travel to SF, this is our new favorite restaurant. If we lived in SF, we’d eat here regularly. Delicious homemade pasta, the freshest salads, creamy soups that delight, and nice wines by the glass. Nick and his team get an A+ from us.
We had an amazing dinner at Seven Hills. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and the food could not have been better. Had a waitress in training and she made a few goofs with our order but it all worked out fine. Highly recommended.
A lovely meal. we feasted on appetizers, pasta and desert. we let our waiter select our wines, and could not have been happier. can't wait to return to this jewel. thank you.
Good food, extremely fast service (I'm not sure this is a good thing), but expensive for what it is and a bit overrated.
Always outstanding! Menu varies. Specials are special.
Service attentive but not intrusive.
This is our go to when we want great meal.
Just a wonderful dinner. Couldn’t have asked for anything more but it’s expensive.
Great food. Great wine. Very knowledgable waiters. Would definitely go again. Should uber there as parking is tough.
Great food and service! Would come back here and recommend.
