   The 23 yrs anniversary only charge us &20 per meal with fine appetizer, main course and dessert ! Cream butler , chocolate mousse , Penna Catta ! 1 pound Pork Chop with Gourmet sauce ! Hand made pasta with Sea a Food The Tomahawk only $108! Can you believe it?

   I had my worst ever restaurant experience last night, we had reservation at Sesame Grill at 8pm and we showed up at 7:44pm. When we arrived we checked in with the hostess right away, it was already chaotic but we waited patiently. After 25 minutes, I asked the hostess (owner's family member) if we need to get a seating number, she did not say anything then walked away from me. We waited 10 more minutes then I went to check the reservation book, my name was #2 on the list for the 8:00 group of people and got crossed out now. I went to ask the hostess why did she crossed out my name, she again did not say anything and walked away. I was pretty upset already, because we did not get seating number and now my name got crossed out. So, my cousin went to talk the owner, so the owner finally gave her a seating number and told the hostess to put us up for seating next because we had been waiting for over 50 minutes already at that time. Soon after the owner left to take care other business, the hostess went to the person next to me and told them they were next to be seated then walked away with smirk on her face. We were so upset so we left the place and vowed to never go back again. We didn't understand what the deal with the hostess was, she was so rude and unprofessional. She made so many mistakes and never even apologized nor try to fix it, with her behavior she will eventually ruined her family's restaurant by ignoring customers and turned people away. It was also the owner's fault that they should know about the arrogant hostess's awful behavior and lock of ability to handle business. This is not a cheap restaurant but with the attitude like the hostess, it won't be able to grow further because nobody needs to put up with terrible customer services. In fact, it will lose more customers because you can count me to tell my family and friends not to go there ever AGAIN!!!
