   We patronized this place due to some of the good reviews for their pizzas. Do not waste your time and money. Sorry I was not able to pick any recommendation from Open Table list, except may be for kid- friendly

   Me and my girlfriend went there for a Monday diner, since I heard that there is a new spot in my neighborhood. I had the regular margarita pizza and the meat balls that were delicious. My girlfriend had Quioa salad and Branzino. She was trying to avoid the carbs :))) The interior was decent, however the staff was amazing. Definitely will come again!

   Exquisite pizzas that are flavorful, crisp, delicious, and divine! Plus terrific appetizers and exciting drink offerings. A rare gem and soon to be a staple for those of us on York Ave and a destination spot for just about everyone who likes pizza.

   In fairness we went on Xmas eve, so it wasn't very busy. Pizza was good, not great. Not a lot of other options. There is an outdoor sitting area that in good weather would be great. Would go back in spring or summer if it were nice out. Good causal place for an inexpensive meal of pizza. Not much else recommends it. There was an attractive bar area, but no one there the night we were there. If they get a bar crowd, could be fun. Concept is interesting, given it was once a gas station, the one I used in fact. But needs more attention to menu. Service was very nice. And because the garage at the hotel would not accept my car they gave us a 20% discount on our bill. They are trying to accommodate so I wish them well.

   Read about this on Zagat & was excited to take my 18 year old step son there thinking it would be cooler than the regular pizza joint.. Unfortunately not so. Food less than ordinary. Felt the decor should have played up on 'service station' history more.. Needs work on all levels.

   Service Station is a very welcome addition to a neighborhood desperately in need of great pizza. The four cheese fried pizza was fabulous, the drinks are excellent and the staff welcoming and knowledgeable. We will be regulars.
