   I went with my girlfriend and we both loved it. We got several of the dishes. The stuffed tempura squash blossoms were to die for. The burger was great, as usual. Mussels in Thai green chili sauce definitely had good flavor. The creme brulee at the end was phenomenal. Overall, everything was excellent!

   My wife and I celebrated our 39th anniversary at the Service Bar. The service was great .. the staff all signed an anniversary card which was a nice touch. The food was outstanding. The squash blossom appetizer was amazing as were the duck fat fries. We've dined here several times and I'd say this meal was one of the best we've had at the Service Bar.

   The combinations of flavors are one of a kind and the staff is so helpful to tell you about the amazing tastes you will experience. Napoleon was our waiter and he was kind, informative and a delight.

    Really great and excited they've reopened. The pork shank seasoning was incredible, but the size of the meat made it hard for the flavors to permeate deep to meet closer to the bone. Incredible flavor on the exterior. Drinks were TOP NOTCH as last time.

    First time there after Covid with new chef. The food was as good as any high end restaurant I’ve been to all over the world! Check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

    Party of 6 with reservations, we were seated immediately in a room off the main dining room, our server quickly greeted us and made us feel welcomed. One of us is hearing impaired & he immediately had the music turned down in our area. While the menu is a little different & intimidating, our server explained everything, including the beverage menu. Everything we ordered was wonderful, to say we were “clean platers” is not exaggerating! Highly recommend the saffron risotto, the rutabaga soup so creamy & right spiced, just a little sweet with mild heat. The others raved about the mussels (ask for a spoon to finish off the broth). Cauliflower was excellent. Burger was cooked exactly as ordered. Sesame ice cream was a delightful treat. Somewhat pricey, even so, highly recommend!

    This was our first time here. Our server and the bartender were very knowledgeable. We had several questions and they had answers. Service was paced very nicely. The presentation was great and our food left nothing to be desired. You can tell that the kitchen staff puts a lot of effort into the preparation and the servers are timely with delivery while everything is hot and fresh. We’ll be back.

    My husband and I visited on a Friday evening. Drinks and service were good, food was unremarkable and lackluster compared to our last visit. Tables were way too close together... Less than a foot between them. We were fully immersed in the very loud conversation of the table next to us and I was nervous to get up as I didn't want to knock over anything on their table. Three courses each and three drinks total with tip was roughly $300. Not worth it in our opinion, we won't be back.

    Drinks were great, bar service was great. Smell of distillery is off putting when not specifically trying to tour a distillery, and rather enjoy a nice meal. Food was subpar, server didnt even introduce herself. My husband has never sent back a meal in his life and never complains but he sent back his risotto it was so bad. The oysters were worst we’ve ever had and dessert wasnt worth it. Won’t be back.

    The cocktail were outstanding. The food portion sizes were small and generally bland (all four member of our party agreed). On the special Valentines menu, one of the two options for dessert were out. Great ambiance, very pleasant staff, fantastic drinks - should have eaten elsewhere.

    Service Bar provides a quintessential elegant dining experience. We went for a double date night when they were serving a special three course Valentine’s Day menu. Everything was a treat. And the lovely staff plus cozy ambience makes for an easy breezy evening vibe. Loved it.

    I was excited to finally be able to dine at Service Bar while some things were delicious others were mediocre and a little too ambitious. The citrus salad is 5 slices of fruit in a grape seed/olive oil? mixture that is in-fact very tasty but for $22 I was hoping for just a BIT more with the dish. The saffron risotto was soupy and the cavatelli was pretty tough. The drinks were good other than the “mint bourbon” drink which is almost like drinking pure mint leaves… a bit too strong on a flavor. The ambience and service was great but for the price and quality of the food it was IMO way too over priced for what we got.

    $33 for risotto that tasted worse than cheese and broccoli flavored rice a roni. Chicken sandwich was sweet and not even sure if there was any chicken meat on the sandwich, mainly just breading and fried batter. Don’t mean to be harsh but we heard this place was great, maybe it was an off night but we will not be returning. Drinks were fine and service was good (pretty pushy with wanting to get us out of the restaurant once we had paid the bill..not sure why though because it wasn’t busy at all). Did enjoy the ambiance.

    I used to love this place pre-pandemic, but it's not the same food. Cocktails are still great and worth a stop, and service was good. It's also still a cool place. But the food menu is limited, wines were sparse (esp by the glass), and food was inconsistent and oddly priced (some reasonable, but some very expensive and not really worth the price. I'm fine paying $40 for duck or $22 for an appetizer salad, but it should be great.). The Jerusalem artichoke was my favorite, the tiny fruit salad appetizer was underwhelming.

    I was excited to see that Service Bar was open again, but was sadly disappointed by the experience, especially for the prices. Halibut was bland and seemed huge in proportion to the teeny amount of cauliflower and lentils accompanying. Chicory salad was oddly vanilla flavored with giant chunks of brittle candy that one could not discern in the dark - until blam! You got a mouthful of sugar. Burger was the best thing out of the four dishes I tried. And I don't think a good burger is why you come to Service Bar. Host was great. Server was good but a bit chilly. The bar needs more wine by the glass options. Hopefully they're still working out the kinks.

    I came back to back weekends and unfortunately had the same waitress both weekends. The food precovid was outstanding, the current offering is just ok, nothing to write home about. The cocktails are great. The wine offering could use some help. The service was rude and almost like it was a burden that we were there. If we ever go back, we’d have to ask for a different server as the service really makes us not want to go back. There are some kinks that need worked out with the food for sure.
