I went to celebrate my anniversary with my husband and it was wonderful. The food was great, the waitstaff was incredible, everything was simply great. I cannot wait to go again!
Good selection of meat and chicken to choose from, try them all to see what suits your taste, salad bar was great as well.
Birthday dinner, complementary dessert! Everything was amazing!
Our waitress disappeared and after a lengthy wait finally received service from a different waitress. Requested refill of dinner rolls which finally came with dessert. Next to impossible to obtain refill of ice tea beverage. Tried numerous times to obtain a second on the bacon wrapped steak and finally gave up on that. Quality of some meat was questionable having excess fat and not tender. Extremely exaggerated price for ice tea that far exceeds comparable charge from other valley restaurants. Left over decor from the former Elephant Bar does not compare with ambiance experienced in other Brazilian steakhouses. Overall a disappointing experience
We did the salad bar only. They had only one cheese. The stroganoff was cold and the meat tough. The rest of the salad bar was good. No one ever showed up to remove dirty salad plates or refill drinks. Had to go looking to get drink refills. Same to pay the bill.
It is a great place for a special occasion. It is pricey.
The only problem was the meats were not seasoned. When you go eat a steak you expect it to taste wonderful. But none of the meats here even put a smile on my face. The desert was good though. Great cheesecake.
Nice staff. I enjoyed myself. Family time was great. Twice in 3 days
The service and the food was outstanding. Our waiter was great and there were several others alway asking if they could be of help. Food was great and there was way more than you could consume..
Spend $10 more and go to fogo in Scottsdale. Meat is under seasoned.
Excellent food!!! So tasty. Needed to ask for salt a few times and straws other than that no issues. I will go back.
We went for our anniversary and overall had a good experience. Pros: Great service, the meat was delicious.
Cons: Ambiance was very dull and it didn’t give us that “special occasion” or even fun time vibe. The salad bar and alcohol bar is below sub par. They have no beer on tap. If they could decorate and add some more variety to the bars, it would greatly improve the experience.
Staffs was super good, but some food like lamb chop did not get served unless specially requested.
I’ve been on this place twice but this last time was a lot busier. I did not see this time as many meat variety as I saw the other time. I was kind of expecting a little more variety on that regard.
Other than that, it was a very good experience. Good food, good service etc
Amazing !!! I couldn’t even walk out of there I had to wobble. Cant wait to go back. :)
Jose was great, pretty much the whole staff was very attentive!!
Had tables set for 2 but made us wait for 10 minutes for a table while they created one. We had reservations. Sat another 10 minutes before we were brought any water. Did not present all the meats advertised for dinner. Waiters were friendly but very slow to bring items when you requested them. For example clean plate, bread etc b
We ate at Serra Gaucha on a Thursday night. It wasn't very crowded but the service was poor. The food was generally good but at $43 per person, it wasn't any bargain. I would not plan to return. There are better Brazilian Steakhouses in the Phoenix area.
Market bar was very limited. Meat selection and service was good. Had to ask multiple times before the drink I ordered before dinner actually arrived.
Our favorite place to go. Such a friendly and warm environment. Love how perfect the meats are cooked and that nothing artificial is added. Delicious!!!
Awesome food and great service
Our waiter was totally inattentive. A large table came in next to us, and we couldn’t get his attention for drinks or to pay our bill. The salad bar was pretty wiped out when we got there. The meat was good as usual. We went on Mothers Day. We’ve been here several times in the past and the service was very good. Hoping this experience was the exception.
The Market Bar had so many delicious offerings, it was hard to remember not to load up on sides. Be prepared to spend some money, though. The lunches run ~$30 for all you can eat of a fabulous array of meats (sausages, roast chicken, parmesan encrusted pork, leg of lamb, tri-tip, prime rib, filet mignon, etc). You will be tempted to add on the shrimp (extra charge), but they are scrumptious. It's a little noisy with circulating gauchos and conversations, but not sports bar level.
Servers very attentive to needs and were very polite
The experience was a lot of fun. The food was great. The staff were very nice and all very accommodating. We will return.
It was a very quiet atmosphere and for someone who enjoys quiet meals, it was just perfect.
The servers were definitely on top of their game, we would run out of drinks and they were making sure we had a full cup.
The meal was outstanding and plenty of it.
The environment is like a cheap Vegas buffet yet dinner is not cheap. The food was ok, not the best not the worst. Had higher expectations being that I have been to other Brazilian steakhouses.
Birthday - not That the restaurant acknowledge that even though I requested them to.
We went here for lunch. The food was just ok. The chicken drumstick was dry and overcooked. The pork was very dry and tough...we didn't even eat it. There was no smoked salmon as shown in the menu. They didn't have soup just like any other Brazilian restaurants. No one told us that desserts are not included for the price...no price in the menu and we had to pay $8 for each item. We paid $150 for 3 and we weren't satisfied.
Showed up a little early for our reservation, so we sat at the bar and had a drink. While there had a wonderful conversation with the bartender and she explained the meats and drinks to us, so we were prepared for dinner. Hostess got us before our reservation and had staff take the rest of our drinks to the table for us. Once at our table, we were promptly great by almost every staff member. The truly put forth an amazing experience for our dinner (it was our anniversary dinner). They even bought us a dessert to help us celebrate.
Not a good experience for my husband and I. Meat was overcooked, dry and salty. They are supposed to come around often with various meats. We waited along time to get served. They were focused on a party of 9. We won’t go back.
The food was great!! I'd highly recommend this place, maybe not with the kiddos, as it's a little pricey, but very good.
They made our date night worth every penny! The gauchos did an excellent job of serving the perfect amount of meats. We talk to Brittany one of the managers and she was delightful. We shared the chocolate molten cake and it was to die for! Service is amazing and the caipirinhas are my favorite part they have so many flavors. We will definitely be back
This was a great restaurant. It was our first time in and we were not disappointed. The meats- although mostly beef were all good, the service was great and the ambiance was amazing. Salad bar had great selections, I only wish they stressed the gloves and masks as a requirement not a suggestion. Other than that the stroganoff was amazing!
First time here. We were ready for some meat!! Too bad it was mostly dry over cooked meats. Ribeye and tri tip were the best everything else was dry dry. The shrimp I would stay away from I literally spit it out into my napkin and made my stomach turn. Iced tea was great…
This is by far the best place I’ve eaten at! All of the servers and hostess were so nice. The salad bar has a great selection and all the meats were seasoned perfectly. It is definitely worth the price and I recommend you try this immediately!
The waitress was lovely, and she helped us in Spanish as well which I thought it was really cool
We had an amazing dining experience. The food was delicious, everything from the meats to the salad bar. We went during lunch and we had excellent service.
The restaurant is dirty, the food low quality and very overpriced.Your better off eating fast food.Stay away from this restaurant.
