Not sure what was going on, but service was super slow despite it not being a packed out Sunday. Found it super weird they called to confirm our reservation so we went in with the assumption it would be busy. Meats were super slow to rotate around and there would be long waiting periods. None of the signatures really came around until we requested it. Even then, felt like most of the meats were medium rare not the usually mediums they have going around. Super disappointed since it did not create the experience we wanted for our birthday friend.

Having never been to a Brazilian steakhouse, maybe my expectations were too high. The meat was okay, the service was okay, the overall experience was okay...... Everything was just OKAY. I knew the price before going so that wasn't a problem. I'll try another one on the other side of town to compare.

We had a nice time here for my husbands birthday. We left feeling full and satisfied. Our service was top notch. I just feel like the restaurant needs some updating, but other than that we really enjoyed our experience.

My first experience with Serra Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse was about two months ago. I was invited to my oldest daughter's graduation celebration at Serra Gaucha. It was an awesome experience. So for my youngest daughter's birthday I took her and her family to Serra Gaucha. I made a 5:30 reservation. When we arrived there was only a few other people there. We ordered, then went to the salad bar. After eating a lite salad we waited for the meat. We received one skewer of meat and our pineapple. We waited again and finally asked for some more meat. We finally went back to the salad bar for more food. The whole time we were there our meat request cards were turn up asking for more. Two skewers of meat and two trips to the salad bar was hardly worth the high price of our meal. I know of better places to eat for less money and better service.

An anniversary experience we won’t soon forget!! Lovely service, delicious food and the waiters and waitresses were exceptional at making sure our evening was special!! Thank you for what was a very memorable evening. We’ll be back!! We highly recommend♥️💯

The surface was very good. People are friendly always tenant to your needs. The salad bar was not even close to what other Brazilian steakhouses have. I would say the meat was very disappointing and pretty mediocre. The fillet was so tough. You could hardly even show it, which is odd for a fillet . I've had a lot of picanha was also very tough and a fat around it was not edible. Sirloin was probably the best as well as the garlic pieces of meat. They have to use probably the worst piece of meat you can get because it was very tough to chew through.
