Loved the holiday decorations! Food was good but not amazing. You basically pay for the ambience.
Beautiful location, amazing food, 100% recommend.
The Service was amazing, and so was the ambience. You guys get a 10 star!!
The service was friendly and efficient and the everything we ordered was amazing! The mozzarella was even better than what I had in Italy. One point of improvement though, the latte macchiato I ordered was pretty poorly made. The first one I had to send back because it was burnt to the point of being undeniable. The second one was better but it still didn’t have the smoothness Italian espresso drinks have. Expected better from such an amazing Italian restaurant!
Food was terrible, service was even worse. Booking at 9pm, and the server was more concerned with closing out at ten than looking after our table. Very disappointing, would 100% not go back!
This restaurant is over priced. Food was terrible.
The waiter was MIA. The restaurant ran out of 2 main entrees. Would not go back.
The service was very bad, it took 45 mins to get our food, we got like 6 waitresses and it looks like they didn’t know who was the real responsible, the ambient was GREAT, but service has A LOT of improvement opportunities
The food was good, the drinks good, the place nice too but it was so many people and the waiting time was super long! And they forgot the entrees and they bring it at the end bc I made the comment about that.
Such a great experience! The food was very good, but the service and setting was exceptional. I can't wait to go back!
Went for restaurant fest. Cold food, tasting menu portions, bad service, and the room was freezing cold.
Food was poor quality, one dish (risotto) was completely cold. The menu was poor and unvaried.
The menu wasn’t as vegetarian friendly as past seasons. Celery root was a bit bland. Waiter brought the check before we even had the chance to ask for the dessert menu. Beautiful restaurant, amazing drinks, fondue was the best part and that was an appetizer.
Didn’t love new menu
I was not a fan of Serra by Birreria. I found it overpriced for the value of the food. The food is just okay. The cream puffs were really good. Once was enough for me.
Loved my experience and my Birthday at Serra! Will definitely return!
Part of the dishes on the menu weren’t available. Some of the food was cold. Waitress was very unfriendly. Really noisy, which made it hard to have a normal conversation.
I had a reservation at 9pm and they were out of the restaurant week menu. They were also out of half of the main dishes in the regular menu. We waited for 45 minutes to get our food. It was crowded, very noisy and not as charmant as in the pictures.
The ambience was the best part of the overall experience. The service was average but not upto the expectations I would have from a fancy dinner place. I would recommend trying cocktails at this place. Food that at least we ordered seemed a little expensive for the taste and quantity offered.
Our server was awful. She was rude and had an attitude but overall food was great but service was slow
They offered us a reservation on OT for 930. We showed up and were told the kitchen was about to close. Our food was rushed to the table and we were only ten minutes into it when the guard from downstairs(!) came to tell us we had to leave. Food was ok but I would never go back.
Food was amazing. Piers, our waiter, was wonderful. He gave great recommendations on food and drinks. We would love to have him be our server every time we come.
Good drinks. Got the risotto and it was good, nothing to rave about. The pasta downstairs is amazing, so I think I’d stick to dinner or lunch there and drinks and desert at Serra. I think their lunch and appetizers might be better than the dinner menu.
I was expecting more pasta's and winter food rather than fall
The two entree menu was quite underwhelming and not as described on the menu. The only staff who interacted with us when we needed anything were the very kind bussers/server assistants.
The food was really disgusting. The only thing that was good was the great. I apologize for being so firm, but it was beyond disappointing. I barely could eat my dish and my companion's food was overcooked.
Traveled from PA to NY to dine for the fourth time on that terrific roof! The libation selection is terrific, thanks.
Extremely slow, terrible service. Overpriced for the quality of food.
Our parents were visiting from overseas and wanted to bring them to Serra by Birreria for my birthday dinner. Overall it was nice, I was a bit disappointed with the winter theme compared to the spring theme they had last time I was there. It was just a bit boring and sparsely paid out. The food was good, bit overpriced for portions but nice. Service was ok for our party of 5ppl. My parents found it a little hard to understand the menu. Wouldn’t rush back, I think there are places with better dishes for your money.
It's a beautiful winter wonderland!!!! Great bar too :)
Mala atención y servicio
It was a beautiful restaurant and the food was phenomenal. My only complaint was that we felt rushed out. We had a reservation for 930 and by 1030 security came to our table and told us we had to leave because the whole building was going to close. They should not take reservations that late if they are going to have to tell a customer to leave after an hour. Also a lot of the food we wanted to order ran out so we were a bit disappointed. The ambiance was beautiful so I would go back again and give it another chance but at an earlier time
Me and my husband went for Restaurant Fest. They run out of the option we wanted. They didn’t replace that with something similar and we needed to go with their regular Menu and some options weren’t available too. So disappointing. The place is really beautiful but I didn’t like how they managed the situation.
Very nice place, a quiet environment to talk with friends, service and attention were excellent. I would definitely go back a thousand times, the place is very cozy, the menu goes according to the season as well as the decoration, I went in autumn and it was incredible. The prices have a very good quality / price ratio
Restaurant fest menu portions are crazy small. Go for the experience not the food
Although we were taken in on time for our 3:00 reservation the remainder of our experience was not good. We ordered one small appetizer for the table and that took 30 minutes to come. The four of ordered 3 salads and one steak meal( from the restaurant week menu) and it took an hour and a half for our food to come. Our server did not come Over to tell us about the delay we had to wave her down. It was not until then that she said they were having a problem in the kitchen. Finally, when the food came out the steak was super small and cold. We actually laughed out loud when it came. I was embarrassed for the place. Then a manger came over and gave us all a glass of Prosecco on the house. Nice try but it was not even accompanied by a sincere apology for the poor food and service. I should have listened to all the bad reviews and skipped the food here. Drinks o my if you can find a spot at the very crowded bar. Don’t waste your taste buds on this place. I’m sure some of the other places to eat in Eataly are better. The o my good thing I have to say of the winter decor was nice but I thought it would still be decorated for fall since that what was in the picture for Restaurant week. Another disappointment.
Food took way too long for what it was
the apps were better than the main meal and for what we paid that was a little disappointing. the service was really good but it took a long time to get our food. they did make up for it by offer us free desserts. beautiful location but main dishes were underwhelming
The food was atrocious. However the drinks and ambience were incredible. I would never eat here again, but definitely would recommend just for drinks.
