Other than the pancakes not being done the first go around, the food was great. Ambiance was nice and not too noisy.

Food was great. Service was very slow and inattentive but they were slammed the night we were there- perhaps a little understaffed. It’s also pretty loud- but we managed.

My family and I really enjoyed the restaurant and it’s authentic spin on Cajun cuisine. My wife lived the creole omelet. I am anxious to return and try their dinner menu.

Food pretty good especially biscuits and shrimp & grits, but restaurant room temp was chilly during winter months.

I love Serpas. My favorite thing to do is sit at the bar and get 2-3 appetizers instead of an entree. If you like tuna tartare, it’s the best in the city. Also amazing are the salmon chips, fried oysters and grilled octopus.

The appetizers are better than the entrees, but the wine is really good. My boyfriend and I went on NYE for our anniversary, there was a party with noisemakers (I mean, I get it but it's still a restaurant). The food was fine, not really worth how expensive it all ended up being...probably wont return.

We had dinner here for NYE and had a fantastic experience. They had a short rib with lobster tail dish that was very tasty. Try the crab fritter appetizer!

We were long term Serpas customers and have not been in over a year. We had family in town so we opted in for a late brunch on Saturday. We made a reservation and yet, didn't get seated for almost 15 after our reservation time even though many tables were open. We sat at the table for over 10 minutes with no service, server or even water. When we did see our server, we had to order immediately due to time. When we diid order, the server had to repeat our order about 5 times and continued to make mistakes. Two orders were not warm when they arrived at the table but our guests didn't want to send them back because everything was taking too long as it was. Super disappointing to bring out of town guests here after we raved about it to them.

The food and drinks were amazing! I recommend the GA trout and a hot totty for excellent comfort food and a warm drink during these cold winter nights.

I've been to Serpas three times in as many months. My problem is that they never update the menu online, and it doesn't match what's on the menu when I get there. Furthermore, the food seems to have gotten progressively worse each time I've gone.

First time for brunch. Food and options were good but nothing special. I think I prefer dinner. Staff is always very nice and attentive. Can get a bit loud in there as the sound tends to bounce.

OMG everything was awesome!!! I had the pork chop entree and it was hands down the best pork chop I have ever eaten!! Super well seasoned and perfect temp!! My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Salmon chips rocked but remind me of two urban licks. Still great not sure who did them first. My wife had the steak which rocked as well!

The food was excellent especially the smoked salmon chip and beignet. The pork chop was very good. Crab stuff trout was a bit under seasoned but overall, nicely prepared with crispy skin.

Service was attentive but we did not feel rushed at the end

I have been to Serpas on multiple occasions and every time I come away glad that we chose the place. I have been disappointed at other restaurants recently, but have found Serpas food to be consistently delicious.

Serpas is Amazing!!! If you have not tried it you are missing out. The food, service and ambiance are great at Serpas. Try the Pigs in a Blanket appetizer. The pork chop entree is so good. All of the food is excellent.

5 of us came out to an early dinner after a matinee show at Dads Garage. For starters, we had the calamari, crab fritters, and pig in a blanket, and all were great. The calamari was the biggest hit.
For entrees, we had the gumbo, scallops, ribeye, and short ribs. The gumbo was hearty and flavorful, and definitely sufficient as a main dish. The scallops were tender and expertly prepared, and the pairing with the lady peas and vegetables was just right. The steak was prepared to a perfect medium rare. The short ribs were by far the favorite - we all had a taste of each other’s entrees and the short ribs were the winner - tender, smoky, and juicy.
We had excellent service from Lucas, who was new to the restaurant (we were his first table!). He was very attentive and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The noise level was low enough that we could have a conversation, even with 3 of our party who are hearing impaired.
We highly recommend Serpas for a nice night out. We will certainly be back - maybe for brunch next time.

Loved this place. The house smoked salmon appetizer was out of this world, as was the octopus. Be warned, the appetizers are big enough for sharing. The entrees were delicious and our server was very attentive and fun. I would definitely recommend this as a great place for dinner.

We invited our friend for dinner, it was her birthday. We had a nice dinner: great smoked salmon chips, lovely lobster appetizer, duck and red snapper entrees. They have an interesting wine list, we found great red wine options. The place is lovely, large space and modern exterior. Service was great. we had a good time and consider coming back.

We chose this place as it had reservations available for 4 for a Saturday. Inside was loud and the restaurant ran out of wine glasses, so we got the wine intended to pair with our meal towards the end of dinner. Food was delicious, but I’m not sure I would rate it above other similar locations.
