Always enjoy this neighborhood restaurant b ut it is worth the drive for OTP folks - have never had a disappointing meal there

We were celebrating a friend's graduation and this was the perfect place. Everything was perfect -our group ranged in ages from 15 yrs to 85 yo and everyone had a good time and loved the food.

I always enjoy my meals at Serpas. Sunday brunch is my absolute favorite. They change the menu regularly so there's always something new to enjoy 😊

I had brunch with friends on Sunday. It was delicious. They have a great Sunday menu. The drinks are also fabulous.

Sunday brunch. Relatively small but creative menu - our party of three had three terrific meals. I enjoyed perhaps the best omelette I've had in many years ("Cajun," apparently meaning stuffed full of crabmeat and accented with mustard). I'm not in the habit of spending $18 for an omelette, but it was well worth it! Only one (very minor) complaint: the beignets aren't quite Cafe du Monde quality, but they're a good try. Nice space - loud, but not as bad as it could have been because the tables aren't crowded together. Just a few blocks from the MLK Center; valet parking is reasonable ($2) if you can't find a parking space. Will definitely be back.

Serpas is a great restaurant that never disappoints. The Pigs in a blanket and flash fried oysters are great. We took a friend there for the first time and they were impressed.

Everything was good except the bill. 4 drinks and 3 appetizers...$100 after tax and tip. I didn't get a look at my bill BC I was on a first date and didn't want to make my date uncomfortable but I doubt I'll return. A full on meal would have probably set me back $150. That's too much for this kind of place.

Absolutely terrific and will be back soon. Chef Manuel came to our table to congratulate us on our anniversary and spoiled us with terrific appetizers along with delicious entrees. Peanut butter ice box pie was a winner too!
