My friends and I came for a much-needed relaxing dinner and were enjoying ourselves — until a family decided the restaurant was their personal living room. What started as a pleasant evening turned into a chaotic one, with loud, disruptive behavior and even acrobatics at their table. Despite requests, the family continued acting inappropriately for a public space. To their credit, the staff handled the situation with grace. The servers did their best, and management kindly offered to move us to a different floor, which made all the difference. You can’t reason with entitlement, but you can appreciate a team that goes above and beyond to protect the dining experience for other guests. We’ll 100% be back — not just for the great food, but for the way the staff took care of us. Highly recommend.

I returned to Sergio's with friends who have never been because I knew there would be no disappointment in anything here. We had the best time! Everything was delicious, the service is impeccable. Can't wait to return!

The food was good but we had higher expectations. My branzino was dry and needed seasoning. I had to ask for some butter sauce which took over 10 minutes, then my fish was cold. Pasta with mushrooms was very good as was the sea bass. Service was spotty and our waiter was hard to find. Chicken parm was average. Unfortunately we sat next to a very loud table so our conversation was limited.
