We always have great food at this place. We went on New Years Eve for dinner at 7 with some friends and everything was great except for the noise level. They had a DJ on the dinner side which was fine but the music was super loud and not appropriate dinner music. I get it’s New Years Eve but the party music should have started a little bit later when all the families dining were finished. The only other issue was the limited bar menu and no wine was offered. We did ask the manager if we could get a bottle and they did allow us to purchase one. The food was great and the menu although limited was good. The staff was super friendly and accommodated all of our requests. Definitely give this place a try they are awesome!

This was our first time eating at Serendipity. We had a Reservation for 4 at 5:30. I will say that the decor is lovely on the dinner side. The bar side has lots and lots of TVs, but just 4 seats at the actual bar. The "bartender" had no idea about the menu or what was available in the restaurant and actually gave us absolutely incorrect info. The drinks were just ok. We left the bar side and headed for our table on the "dinner" side. The food was good, not great and a bit over priced. Our friends ordered sweet carrots as a side with their meal and apparently, the kitchen used salt instead of sugar. How the heck does that happen? Our server never came back to check on us, we had to summon the manager from across the room. They were not busy at all. In fact, there were only 3 tables with diners at dinner time We split the pork chop but the server said that they could not split it in the kitchen. It was too hard for them to do. I was able to split it easily myself at the table. What the heck? Did they even try? Our server began clearing the 3 plates while our 4th was still eating. Then asked if we wanted dessert. Come on now, look around at the table. Someone was still eating. It wasn’t like they needed the table because of the long list of other diners waiting to eat. There were 4 filled tables now. I think this place tries hard, but misses the boat I doubt that we’ll be back. Oh and one more thing! The server came to our table at exactly 6pm to ask if we wanted additional drinks from the bar. When we said yes because Happy Hour ends at 6, his response was no Happy Hour pricing that ended a minute ago.....it'll be full price now..That was annoying

When we walked in they didn’t even know we had a reservation. Was quickly rectified. Our server was good. Food was good and hot. Thought sides were a little pricey.

It was our first time at serendipity. The ambiance was beautiful and calm. We each had a filet minion and shared the Mac & cheese, spinach, and mashed potatoes. Everything was absolutely delicious. The bar also made great Paloma’s and Moscow mules. We will definitely make this a staple in our restaurant rotation. Thank you!

Very elegant for date night. But what made it an even better experience was the amazing service from out server (Kelii). He gave great suggestions and kept the good vibes going. Food was delicious and all you can drink beer for $20 was perfect.

The quality of the food is very high, yet our meals were not very flavorful. Steak sauce was not edible. Menu could be far more descriptive. Unfortunately, our wait staff was not knowledgeable. Wine list could be expanded. Out of five dinners, only the seared ahi was cooked correctly - two were undercooked, one overcooked. Best item on our table was the mashed potatoes. We had to wait quite some time for one dinner so we didn't want to send back the others. Beautiful setting yet the experience and food were not worth the cost.
