About
The staff is incredible and they serve the best margaritas in Manhattan!
We had an amazing time. We used a pulse deal which was great value. Food and service was great and they even sung happy birthday to my fiancé. Couldn’t have asked for a better time
It was my first there and I took advantage of the happy hour deals. The passion fruit mojito was delicious as were the chicken flautas that I had. So so good. I also thoroughly enjoyed the space and liked that the host gave me an option as to whether I would like to sit towards the front or the back of the restaurant. The space is very beautiful, I truly fell in love with the wall art.
No AC working at all, saw them bringing in a new window AC mid meal.
Although the a/c was not fully functioning on this hot, humid summer night, we will definitively be revisiting. Food was fun with proper levels of heat, spice & pizazz. Service was just fine with a good balance of attention and space. Cocktails were tasteful & not overpowering. A really nice environment that cares about its food preparation and delivery.
The food was so beautiful I didnt want to eat it, but I am soooo glad I did. Yummmy
Unlimited mimosas were 95% OJ. Food and service was less than commendable. Server charged 20% gratuity to our check (party of 2!) with no consent.
Delicious food, awesome service, and great margaritas! Will definitely return!
Excellent. The waitresses were super nicez They always remained calm and collected, but most importantly were friendly along with that. Would definitely come here again
Food was mediocre, definitely overhyped due to bottomless brunch option.
It was the second time I was there with my gf and the food was great, but the service was so-so. Also went for bottomless brunch and the drinks were awful. They were strong, but so difficult to drink that it wasn’t enjoyable. Wouldn’t go for bottomless brunch, but would go for dinner. It is also pretty loud, but not such a deciding factor me.
My boyfriend and I met some friends for a weekend brunch at Serenata, because we had such a good meal last time. He and I used a Pulsd deal for a bottomless brunch, and they opted to do the same. The entree choices were very tasty, especially our twists on eggs Benedict and the huevos rancheros. My other friend's tacos were small, though filling and tasty.
The drinks were not as good as the last time we went—it must depend largely on who's mixing! The mimosas and bellinis were mediocre (although the guava bellinis last time were delicious). The margaritas however, were great. I do appreciate that they let you switch among the three options. Coffee was good, and our waitress was quick and friendly. The music was a bit loud and clubby, so it was difficult to hear each other, but for such a good brunch deal, I understand wanting to feed the vibe.
We made a reservation for 2:00 p.m., which they called me to confirm in the morning. Strangely when we got there, they couldn't get us a table until it was 2:55 p.m. Then we were told brunch was going to end at 4:00 p.m., and they had run out of several "bottomless" drinks including mimosas. Adding to all this, they got an order wrong, which cost more time, and charged us an extra dish by accident. The entire experience was problematic.
The waitress was sympathetic, but the manager wouldn't come out to speak with us when we asked for them. It was a frustrating experience since the source of most of the issues came from the fact that they wouldn't honor a reservation we had made.
Came in on a Wednesday, it was terribly hot inside the restaurant. My friend and I ordered guacamole and chips and it was definitely lacking flavor. Bought 2 drinks and a guac for $50, I’ll take my money elsewhere.
Our table was ready when we arrived. They allowed half the party to seat while we waited for the others, which they may not do all the time but it was nice that they accommodated. The server was prompt and polite refilling our bottomless drinks just as fast as we could drink them. The food was excellent great portions and modifications we asked for were well executed. Overall I cannot recommend this place more highly as it’s now my go to brunch spot!
This is a great brunch spot - they accept reservations, was not super crowded or loud (aka i was more than 6" from the table next to me), and they're very prompt in their bottomless refills!
I buy a "pulsd" promotion and one of the features was they offer frozen margaritas in there brunch special, they didn't have the day I went.
Food was excellent.. The best Cucumber Mojito that I've ever had.. Only issue was that the food came out too fast and we didn't have a chance to finish out appetizers first.. But overall great..
Service was amazing! Melanie did an awesome job with the bottomless mimosas. The guac was really good too. The food was amazing- i tried the the eggs benedict and the tacos. Great ambiance too, not too loud but not too quiet either.
Such a great restaurant. I had this on my list for a while of places to try and I was not disappointed. I don't think there's a bad item on the menu and everything my friend and I ordered was delicious. I want to especially thank the staff as they were so kind and attentive. I will be back!
Seranata is a staple restaurant for my husband and I. We go there as often as we can. Even though it takes us 1.5 hours is totally worth it! The food the best way o can describe it is a piece of art. The service is great, the chef takes a lot of pride of his creations. The drinks are no shy from alcohol, excellent combinations of food and drinks. The service is amenable and don’t be shy to say hi. He’s great! We will continue to go there as long as we can!
Margaritas much better than the bellinis for the unlimited!
Do NOT go here! If I could give this place no stars, I would. $14 for a margarita in a PLASTIC DIXIE CUP!!! UNACCEPTABLE! This is not Dos Caminos, this is not Cosme. Arriba Arriba is better than this place. $17 for a SMALL guacamole with a half basket of chips. This restaurant should be ashamed of themselves. Total robbery. Anyone who goes here is a fool. If there was a NYC Dept of Restaurants, this place should be reported. Horrendous. Some nerve. Their employees even agreed!
The worst service I've ever experienced. Drinks were served in small plastic cups and the waitress kept forgetting our order.
Loved our waitress. Host was a sweetheart. But they were slammed for Cinco De Mayo. Margaritas are tiny but probably a good thing in some ways.
We loved the food, the service and the drinks. I have been to many Mexican restaurants in NYC and this place is def on my top 10. I highly recommend it.
They were packed and seemed understaffed. I wasn't actually seated until 20 minutes after my reservation time. It is a good brunch deal though.
Didn’t get to eat....reservation was for 1:30, waited outside until 2pm (after I checked on with host) and then left. If the mimosas were only for an hour that should also be the time limit at the tables. For someone to make a reservation and then after being there for 30 mins and no table, what’s the point of a reservation!?
This was a terrible dining experience. The restaurant was so hot and when we asked for water and it took forever to get it. The hostess was also waitressing and busing tables. They must have been under staffed. But we got ignored half the time whenever we wanted to ask or order something. And when we got someone’s attention we got major attitude. The food and drinks are so ridiculously overpriced and not even worth it. My sangria was $16. Sangria does not take much effort. The guacamole was $16 for such a small bowl and two salsas. When people ordered wine they sent it back, because they had clearly gone bad. My friends ordered a shrimp and squid ink rice dish and it was so salty they could not enjoy it. We did not leave a good tip. This was not a good experience. This place is not worth it. They really need help.
Terrific food, warm and friendly service, and reasonably priced.
Went for a catch up date with a friend. Great food and prices. Love their unlimited mimosas for only $10 an hr. Great value. Second going there will definitely be visiting again!!
Great brunch selection and good value for unlimited cocktails.
Second time going! Both times service was horrible but once the manager got involved things turned around. This place is not very flexible and take too long to give refills/ accommodate request! The food is sooooo good though which is why I went back. Definitely better off going earlier (11/11:30) for brunch!!
I love this place food very fresh very cleen nice ambience
Loved it! Great place to celebrate a birthday and get friends together for a brunch!
I met my two friends there. I found it online because I was looking for a place near to where my cousin was staying for the weekend. It turned out to be a nice surprise. We all enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was delicious! I am not one for 'overly populated/loud' restaurants...and this had just the right amount of conversation level (not to silent, and not to loud) -- just right (said Goldilocks)!
The food was okay but way overpriced for incredibly small portions. I would not go back, nor recommend it.
Great bottomless brunch! Definitely not the fanciest spot, but the drinks and food were both worth the price!! Never had to ask for a refill on the drinks and they definitely give you closer to 90 minutes versus an hour if youre nice!
St Patrick's Day lunch. Ordered carne asada tacos which were good. The Chicken Baritos had barely detectable amount of chicken - mostly beans. The Guacamole was good. The Salsa's were medium and spicy and tasted good. Small helpings, drinks were taste but expensive for ordinary margarita. Would not bother to go back
