wonderful. super loved it. everything was great and nothing went wrong.
This restaurant is busy and noisy. The service is sloooooww. There are often spoiled screaming kids seated in the small restaurant. Their parents do not seem to care that they are disturbing those around them. They all seem to have arrived in giant strollers blocking aisles and entryways. On Sundays, there is a mean lady hostess who stares you down so that you leave and she can turn over the tables. They could get rid of her and hire more servers so the whole process could be quicker, and people wouldn't feel pushed out as soon as they put the last forkful into their mouths.
The pumpkin ravioli was excellent. The salmon was moist and delicious. Food was good though the grilled calamari was a bit chewy.
We are flight crew from Vancouver Canada . It was a retirement dinner for myself. The food was excellent ,the service great!
This was a very pleasant expeareance for the four of us visiting Searfina for the first time

Expansive menu and it seems as though everything is really good! I have taken clients twice in the last month or so and they have really enjoyed it.
Steak frites - steak was chewy, bland in flavor, and over priced at $32 (or approx). The fries were mushy and lacked any crispy edges. Mista salad starter was too heavy on vinegar. Overall, very much an airport quality meal at Tribeca prices.
All three of my business associates ordered different salads, all were spot on. Excellent! Will definitely return.
The food felt like Italian fast-food to me and that was a little disappointing. The atmosphere, ambience and service was good.

Arugula salad is excellent! But it can be a little pricey. I paid $10 for a bowl of vegetable soup. I guess you win some and ya lose some.
Excellent pizza, Excellent meatballs, ice cold Czeck Pilsner beer, tasty delicious cocktails......what more could you want?
My daughter was celebrating her 15th Bday with 10 friends. Food was delicious and girls had a blast.
A nice spot in Tribeca but very pricey for the offering! Plus they messed up part of our order and felt the need to charge for tomato sauce on spaghetti squash, really??

I had made a reservation for 14 people two days ahead which is honestly so hard to do in nyc and when I got there I realized I miscounted, they were so calm about the situation and added a few chairs and were amazing with customer service. Seriously was such a good experience and all the staff was so attentive and courteous, definitely coming back soon. Might come back every birthday I have!
I took my parents here when they came to visit. I had never been here before but I heard good things and saw good reviews. My parents were very pleased with this place and even went back for a second night for desert and drinks. I also loved it there, the food and atmosphere was great
Great service in this neighborhood restaurant! I would have given cuisine 4 stars but the vegetables were undercooked. Stil a great place to lunch at!

Very moderately priced restaurant option. The food never disappoints. Service during this visit was great up until time to pay. I was about to go to the restroom and our waiter was very insistent on me signing before I left the table. His explanation was he was using a handheld machine. It felt very pushy and borderline rude. My friend was bothered to the point of lowering her tip percentage. Aside from that, it was a great evening.

Excellent food. Service left a lot to be desired. Not for lack of effort just don't think they were trained or supervised very well. Will probably give another try, if not there another one of their locations.
I have visited al the Serafinas in town and this location is the best.

Food was amazing but service was awful. It took forever for our server to come and place our orders. I was very disappointed with the attitude I received overall and how one of the staffs asked if I wanted pepper and cheese on my meal after half way eating lol
Service is very good although could have been a bit more attentive given it was slow. Food is always excellent. It’s not cheap, but it’s good quality and worth what you pay.
The table was not the best and the restaurant never was full. The service nothing special and the food very good but I've eaten best Italian food in Little Italy in the Bronx.
In summary a good restaurant
The service was a bit slow but not bad. Despite asking twice we never got bread. The sangria may have been the best I ever had. The food was great.

The restaurant had an attractive appearance but there were a number of flies that kept landing on & near our banquet. The food & service was adequate but not worthy of the price point
Overall, the food was great but the service was really not great. This was the second time in 2 weeks that some of the members of the group had been here and had the same waiter, horrible service, and little evidence that anything was being done to change it.

I visited this location recently for the second time and I was once again very let down. When my pasta came I was literally shocked at how terrible it was. I normally LOVE Serafina pasta but this meal seriously let me down. The noodles were so al dente that it was just gross. Legit couldn’t even eat a bite without hurting my jaw. Our waiter was nice but the service was awful. Very disappointing from a place I used to love.

Really nice place with a great vibe for a weekday evening. The pizza was as ok, not outstanding but the goats cheese salad and calamari were delicious. Would come back.
Outstanding food and service, great vibe and ambiance! best jalapeño margarita I've ever had!
Good food but not good enough for the price. $18 for a tiny Margherita pizza was not worth it. It wasn’t made traditionally and was made too thin. I’m definitely not going there again.
