First visit in 10 years. Our server Beth was knowledgeable and gave great advice on the menu and the wine. Manager Jason came by to check on our food and service and made sure we were happy. We will be regulars! Great food and wonderful wine selection. ❤
Great atmosphere and friendly service. Also great food. Only complaint was that it was a bit noisy and cramped
Celebrating our daughter’s completion of high school applications and getting into a great school for her.
Exceptionally good Italian food, to be matched only by exceptionally good, attentive, non-intrusive, helpful service. We've been here before, came back, and will definitely come back again.
Delicious from start to finish and great service, you couldn’t ask for more!
Outstanding food and the best service I have seen in years. We had a great waiter—attentive, knowledgeable, friendly but not at all intrusive.
Too expensive. Average food
Wonderful meal and top service! Taylor didn’t miss a beat and made sure we had everything we needed without our asking! The new entree which is a rockfish, clam, and sausage style dish with a smokey broth as well as the lemon cheesecake were amazing!
Always great food lunch or dinner! Would highly recommend!
Seafood pasta had more garlic than crab and three clams. Both servings disappointing.
This place is uncomfortably cramped and insanely loud. My date and I had to yell at each other at the top of our lungs and still couldn’t hear each other well. I don’t mind energetic, but this was too much.
I received a giftcard to open table and chose Serafina. The food was awesome and the courses from the Secondi section come in great portions. I highly recommend getting lamb. The ambiance here is nice with dim lighting and an almost fine dining vibe.
Great food, beautiful presentation, wonderful service in a quaint, romantic setting. We love Sarafina.
My husband and I had left a wedding and were looking for somewhere we wouldn’t feel too out of place being super dressed up... in Seattle that is really hard to find. We had a great meal that was delicious.
The wait staff knew we didn’t have a lot of time and were very accommodating. There was one loud patron who was kind of annoying.
This place does it right. Beth was our server and she was one of the best we've come across in Seattle. We love this place.
Great restaurant with an ample happy hour menu.
We recently moved to the area and this will now be our go-to Italian spot! Perfect for a date night you're both craving Italian.
Waitress and Valentine’s spaghetti were 6 Star. Waited for 15 mins past our reservation and the “main” braised short rib was average. Everything else from food to service was great as expected.
Valentine special. Great menu. Pretty pushy on table turns but it was one price fits all occasion. Serafina is always good though.
Food was outstanding - good specials, very fresh ingredients overall really great food. We will be back for sure.
Great food; very, very noisy on a Saturday night. Fun environment and crowd.
Food was so, so and highly overpriced (ended up getting 2 scallops for $34... absurd!) pasta was dish was dry and nothing special. Our server was excellent and very knowledgeable. C+ otherwise.
Food was wonderful. Service was great and very thoughtful. It is a little noisy
This was my 2nd time here and I was not disappointed! Everything was fantastic!
Our server (Beth?) was amazing! She was informative, understood our time limitations, also our bread and oil obsession! We all had wonderful meals and will definitely return!! We were going to see Hamilton!! Delicious dinner and spectacular show; a perfect night out!!
I recommended Serafina to the group because they took such good care of my group from the American Lung Association.
I truly appreciated the attention and care that was given to us as a very large group of 22 and small group of 4.
Thank you from the bottom my heart and stomach!! :)
Had not been in at least 10 years. The mussels were amazing. Soup special, amazing. Lasagna, amazing. Even the martinis were on point. Server was perfect. Attentive without annoying.
Serafina is one of my most favorite restaurants of all time.
Left standing by our table near the entrance and told to wait even though it was empty and no one else was waiting. Service was super slow I ordered a seafood dish and asked if I could get a side of noodles with garlic butter but got a no instead. They make homemade pasta for heavens sake!!
Besides that the over all service was bad and slow. I have had two other meals in that restaurant which was outstanding but no more.it was a slow night as well so it's not like they were too busy.
Very palatable food with decent portions. Loved the lamb shank.
I love everything about this restaurant... the inside seating, the outside seating, the bar, the cocktails, the food, the service.... I try to make a stop here every time I am in Seattle.
Great ambience, consistently great food and wonderful service!
Met friends for dinner at Serafina. For most of us, this was the first time dining there and we all loved the experience. Our server was knowledgable and attentive, the atmosphere was nice, and our meals were delicious. Considering we shared a bottle of wine, had appetizers, main course, and dessert, it was a great value. Highly recommend trying it.
It has a great trattoria feel to it, but it’s very expensive, and is not consistent across its dishes. We ordered a cookie / biscotti sampler for dessert, and not a single one of the five varieties was particularly good. Just not the attention to detail from a place where you can spend $100 for two for lunch.
Took our friend for his first time and he loved it as much as we do! Great food and great service always!! Save room for dessert as well!
We dined at Serafina on a Saturday night. The tables were very close together and it felt tight . It was very loud and I could hear more from the conversation at the table next to me rather than the conversation I was a trying to have with my family. We had to talk very loudly to hear ourselves. Service was excellent and the wine steward was very kind to explain the smells of our newly opened bottle of red wine from Umbria to our kids. Appetizers were excellent. Pasta was good but not amazing. Authentic Italian food is simple and does not need to "try so hard" to be really good. Some of our dishes seemed like they were trying too hard.
Confused - the first time I went it was one of the best meals I’ve had in Seattle. This time it was pretty bad and I got a little sick.
This was a birthday dinner for my husband, and, as I had requested in the reservation, our server wished him a happy birthday as soon as we were seated. The atmosphere is warm and cozy and just right for a special occasion. We enjoyed all our dishes -- the braised octopus starter, special wild mushroom pasta, and rigatoni bolognese. Our server, Taylor (may have forgotten the name but she was a tall blonde woman), was gracious, helpful and attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience.
We have loved coming to Serafina for years. It is a great place to bring friends and family, also nice for a cozy dinner for two.
Fabulous food every time we go to Serafina! We will defiantly go back.
