   This restaurant is our favorite local. The staff is kind and knows our preferences. For work or a family dinner this spot is very steadfast.

   Serafina used to be one of my favorite restaurant in Westchester county, but I don’t know if management changed. Service is not the same nor is the food.

   The first time I ate here, seated in the back in the booth area.it was a great experience, waitstaff was super attentive and the food was cooked perfectly. It was a dining experience that made me want to dine there again. The second time I went here, it was really bad. Our waitress was non existent for most of the night and the food was subpar and the presentation looked rushed, it was like eating at a different restaurant! It's a shame there is no consistency-I get that restaurants have off nights, but this was just disappointing and did not live up to the first night at all.

   Always delicious food and the service was great! My favorite dish was the chicken paillard which is cooked to perfection!

   Excellent service. Our waitress Daniella is always professional and pleasant and on top of any requests. Food is tasty and portions were appropriate. I was disappointed that they changed the tiramisu recipe though. It was my favorite. Wouldn’t deter me from coming back though. I always enjoy it.

   The only thing I will say and I love Serafina. They let a woman inside the restaurant with a dog which was disgusting and I was sitting at a table and she didn’t even control the dog it was coming up to me. Absolutely disgusting and don’t think the health inspector would be okay with this. This wasn’t like a service dog for the blind. Pls no dogs in your restaurant.

    Another wonderful lunch at beautiful Serafina in Scarsdale. We shared the delicious homemade meatballs as a starter. The Brussels Sprout Salad and Serafina Chicken Salad were superb. Service was friendly and attentive. Oh, and the tiramisu was the perfect dessert to complete our meal.
