Sunday 12pm - 11pm
This was my second visit to Serafina. The overall ambiance was energetic and the service was fantastic. I recommend starting at the bar for one of the phenomenal cocktails and ending your meal will a tiramisu or cannoli. During the weekday, the space is homey and quiet, with a Sinatra playlist setting the mood. Lovely time of week for a more intimate experience. A Saturday night at Serafina is just the opposite. More like a place to be seen, have fun, and enjoy great food and drinks with a group. My husband and I enjoyed a decently priced bottle of wine, appetizers, entrees, and dessert without disappointment, We will definitely be returning.
The waiter was about average in attentiveness. The food runner who brought the food out was poorly trained and rude. He didn’t pick up the dirty dishes before setting down the entrees...just putting them down anywhere on the table. I was not impressed with the place...better choices in the same mall.
The service was terrible. The food was very bad. I asked for linguini and got espagueti . No taste
Overall we enjoyed dinner and will most likely be back. But it seemed like there were too many employees walking around not knowing what to do. It took a long time to be greeted and for our order to be taken. We watched at least two to three managers just stand around looking into the dining room but never assisting the waitstaff or assisting with needs of any tables. The food was good and came out quickly. But honestly this restaurant sadly suffers from the curse of most Miami restaurants where it seems more importantance is placed on the scenery and less importantance is placed on the service.
Just found it to be a bit expensive for 2 people
Staff were very friendly.
However, there too many trying to attend to the table.
So, orders were mixed up, late coming, and it took over 30mins to be informed the desert ordered, was not available.
Such a pity, it's a nice place.
The food is great especially the Pasta with Lemon but I have yet to have a bad meal and I have been 6 times. The only problem is sometimes the service is slow and for a high level restaurant too many employees walk by your table and don't pick up something
Awesome food! Great service and friendly bartenders that know how to make great drinks.
A true surprise, with a fabulous menu, wine selection, service and location, right next to the Tesla showroom at Aventura Mall. A keeper, for sure!
Lived the restaurant. Bread, Cesar salad were delish. I would select another pasta next time. Dessert is exceptional. Made on site by an extraordinarily pastry chef.
Food very good
Food took forever to get to the table.
Service was slow. Will not be back
If u love Italian this is the place to go. Service is fabulous, great food, decent wine selection as well as a good ambiance. Perfect for a date or a power business lunch.
Serafina Miami exceeded all my expectations! The outdoor patio and bar area transport you to an Italian oasis. The pizza is out of this world! We had the VIP and the Truffle pies both perfection! The salads are so fresh and lots to choose from! We had the Porto Benny and the beat salads and they were outstanding in every way. The pastas were hit and cooked perfectly. We had the arrabbiata the bow tie with shrimp and the “Al Pacino” just deeeelicious! Surprisingly at an Italian restaurant I had the filet mignon and it was as good as any steakhouse anywhere!!! The branzino was beyond delicious! We loved the atmosphere , the service and overall I will make Serafina Miami my go to restaurant in miami and aventura. From now on! Oh the cocktails and wine lists are also great! The famous Cocktail Kartel has created the cocktails so I’m sure they are all amaaaaazing ! Thank you and see you soon! P.S. the frozen Rose’ wine is a must!!🍕🍝🥗🍸🍷🥂🍾
If you are expecting NY forget about it!!! Nothing like their other restaurants. Very disappointing. I'm not sure what kind of Italian food it is but it's definitely something different. We did not enjoy our meal at all. Very expensive considering it's inside of a shopping mall. The service was great and the place is pretty but it ends there.
Loved the patio and the music. Food was outstanding and service was great.
Food and service was terrific. Our waiter was Memet. He was attentive and worked with the Kitchen to accommodate our off menu requests. A bit more pricey than you might expect. Will definitely return next time my business brings me to the area.
There aren’t enough stars for this place! I took my parents to Serafina Miami for their Anniversary, and we were all blown away! Every item prepared was just incredible, and could be some of the best Italian I have ever had. From the pizza to the seafood to the pasta... it was amazing’ Not to mention, make sure you top off your night with some Cannolis made table-side!
Chef Dustin Ward has outdone himself!
FOOD WAS NICE AND AUTHENTIC , BUT VERY BUSY AND NOISY WAITERS ARE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL
Some of the items are very overpriced. You would assume that the quantity of food would be much more for the prices they charge. Drinks are also higher priced than average. They should either provide more quantity or lower the prices. $15 for an app of meatballs. Only 2 come in an order.
Wine list extremely expensive and the cocktail that my friend had was $17.00. This restaurant is in a mall. We won’t return.
We really wanted this new Aventura restaurant to be good, so even after a below average first visit a few weeks ago we decided to give it a second try. I am sorry to say it was even worse - perhaps the worst Italian restaurant within a 10mile radius. The food was not good but the service was absolutely terrible. After not receiving main courses for over an hour we called for the manager who did nothing so we called for the owner. His response was the worst I have ever witnessed. He was unapologetic and when we gave him the details about the bad service his response was “we know”. We actually found him rude and abrasive. We will never go back and would be surprised if this restaurant survives as many tables around us had similar complaints, and with Bella Luna a short walk away, offering great food and consistently outstanding service, Serafina doesn’t have a chance.
Restaurant looks amazing. Food is fresh. Patio gorgeous. Ask for the table side cannoli dessert service.
The best!! Always the best experience from food to service.
Service ruined the whole experience
Didn’t have a good experience at all. So expensive; real bad service!!
Excesivamente ruidoso y la pasta demasiado cruda ( no al dente , sino cruda )
Tried to give this place, one of my NYC favorite spots, another chance. The service was unbelievably slow, the waiter was walking around and never passed by our table for our orders.
Last time I dined there we waited over a half an hour for our main course. This time I lost my patience and walked out. I would love for this restaurant to succeed but management must train employees for better service.
I lived in NY for most of my life & always loved Serafina, so happy we Finally got one in Miami!!
Today the service was a little behind the curve.
So excited about the opening of Serafina in Miami. Unfortunately, some of the best New York City trademark dishes aren’t available. They consistently fail with service.
My friends and I came to Serafina in the Aventura Mall for dinner and had one of the best nights out in a long time. Everything from the food to the service was exceptional. We will be coming back regularly. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants amazing food ( New York ) quality with service that will make you feel like are the only table in this extremely busy restaurant.
Last Saturday we went for dinner. The service and food was good but the music was to loud.
It seemed more a discotheque than a restaurant.
Serafina has to decide if they want a restaurant or discotheque
Upon arrival hostess did not smile nor was she friendly. We were seated and when I told the waitress it was our first time at this property she said give it some time we’re getting there. I had heard not favorable things but figured i would judge for myself.
The service was not great however not bad in that nothing terrible happened. Servers would deliver food but then not bring more bread, or utensils to divide salads, and the restaurant was not crowded. Food was very good but I do think the price is a little high for “out of NYC” restaurant. Manager never came over once, and there was ample time to do so. When a new restaurant opens everything should be perfect to start. Not”we’re getting there.” With other choices in the mall, like the ever consistent Bella Luna and Rosalia, where they can’t do enough for you, I’m not sure I’ll be back. Salads are too small.
Great experience ! The food is so yummy and the cocktails are all creative and great! Service was on point. Such a great atmosphere the outdoor area is beautiful will flowers. Highly recommend the focaccia , the truffle ravioli , the watermelon salad and the spaghetti squash dish!! Can’t wait to go back.
The service was excellent. The food was delicious.
Unfortunately not good at all starting on a call that if I cancel or not show up have to pay$25.00 per person on my CC because we are a party of more than 6, 7 total, not even Forge or Jose Andres restaurants they will ask for something like this to have my CC on file, the call was at 11am Friday, I understand that this restaurant is better than Forge !!!!!!!!
Dinner not tasteful at all first with the pizza and then with main food, then the music so loud, shame but unfortunately not good experience at all, will not recommend
First time eating at Serafina. The service was excellent, Pablo our server was friendly, made good suggestions on food choices, and was attentive. Also, the managers made an effort to check in as well, which is a nice touch. The food was very good, definitely recommend the burger. The restaurant was a little loud but not no worse than any other busy restaurant.
