Food was ok, nothing special. Overpriced. Probably won’t go back. At Aventura Mall, Cheesecake Factory is a better choice.
Excellent food. Real Italian, creatively crafted menu and top notch wine list. Reasonably priced food, wine a bit on the expensive side. Service superb.
Ambiance was beautiful. Couldn’t tell you were in a mall. Service was exceptional. Appetizers were very good. Main course was good. I thought the chef choice meals was the way to go.
We ordered 2 salads and we received them about 30 min late...when we questioned the waitress she gave us a look like she doesn’t know what’s going on and she will check with the kitchen. I feel that if we didn’t bring it to her attention it might have taken longer for the food to come out. The restaurant was about half full.
Service was horrible! We waited 30 minutes just for drinks!
Food came out a different times , the last meal to come out took 2 hours just for pasta! And it was very expensive
El ambiente es ruidoso la comida muy buena el servicio excelente
The service was very slow. Took an hour to get our food. Some came very cold and we sent it back. I called the manager over and he adjusted the check. We should have got our whole dinner comped. I didnt have dinner!!
A little disappointing. Table wasn't steady. Waiter attempted to fix but didnt make it any better. Brought bread to table but no butter or oil/vinegar until we asked. Chicken parmigiana portion was huge but so salty I almost couldn't eat it.
Loud inside but wonderful and quiet outside on their gorgeous patio. Shared a VIP pizza, gnocchi and spinach ravioli. Food was outstanding. Nice walking around Aventura Mall after dinner.
Very enjoyable dinner with delicious food and drink!
It was pretty good but nothing that I would come back for again.
I love it. Great authentic Italian food
I took a few clients on Friday night for dinner. We order one plate each and a few appetizers. My wife ordered Pasta Primavera which basically is fettuccine with asparagus, green peas, onions and garlic. When I looked into the check they had charged us $55 for this dish. The waiter told us "it has to be a mistake" Then she came and explained that they had charged us for the special of the day and deducted $29.00 out of that dish which still I believe for such a place is not proper pricing, I would pay that and more at Masa or at the Bernardin, but this was nothing special. Then the best part, they brought the corrected check and it read 18% gratuity which I was ok with paying but looking further I realized that $32.67 is not 18% of $152.50 but rather 22%. So basically they are stealing 4% of every check, They display 18% tip but they take an extra 4% of every check and this is automatically done by their computer, so is not accident, it is set up that way. Since what happened with the dish I looked in detail at the check but I bet a lot of people don't do the math and they take extra moneys. I am enclosing the check for everybody to see, be careful if you are going there.
good choice in aventura area. good salads, carpaccio and gnocchi. truffle dishes are delicious
Delicious food, incredible atmosphere, and of impeccable service. Would recommend for any occasion.
Service was just ok
Coming from a Restaurant business and owner of many restaurants, i need to tell you something. I love the place, but your food needs some love. It looks good but taste less. There is not love in the BOH, i can see it when i taste your food. Missing the flavors, please put some eye on it. This is my suggestions. Thank you
Food was just awful. Overpriced and awful.
We love Italian and eat out often. It’s hard to not get Chicken Parm and a pasta dish right, but they managed to screw it up.
Sauce was bland and below average.
Restaurant is a complete ripoff and overpriced.
Martini was $18 and not even full.
Pastas were in mid - high 20’s- 30+..
NEVER visit this place again.
I was very disappointed by the Farfale al limoncello...this is the second time that I am disappointed by the recipe (the first time was on July 22nd).
I used to have this dishes for years in NY...the sauce was more creamy with taste, and now it does not taste...
I will not order this meal again
Great place but BEWARE.... they included the tip in the bill calculation but didn’t point that out when presenting the bill.
As a result we didn’t realize we had double tipped until the next day.
A pleasant place to eat good pastas!!!! The server was friendly and professionnal.
A truly disappointing experience. Only 1 out of 5 entrees were palatable. The gnocchi pesto with chicken was bland and both my husband and daughter barely touched it. The server should have noticed and asked but did not. The filet was mediocre quality though the temperature was cooked perfectly but for $42, the quality of the meat should be better. The WORST part was the magician who was walking around the restaurant attempting to entertain us but instead was quite a bother and quite rude to my daughter. He literally told her to put her phone away and pay attention. It was extremely rude and then he lingered for a tip. We gave him money just so he could disappear. A restaurant of this ‘caliber’ should not use tactics like this as it cheapens the atmosphere. For our bill to be over $230 with automatic gratuity is quite an embarrassment for this establishment as the service, quality of food and rude magician is a reason why we would never return to Serafina.
We just discovered this restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised. Staff was attentive and professional and the food was excellent. The outdoor patio area was a refreshing change from the regular mall atmosphere (we were lucky it was cool).
Very nice restaurant. Excellent food. Little overpriced. The Turkish waiter is excellent.
Far away from the original in Manhattan
My Veal Milanese was rare inside
Our server, Mike, was great. We had a pizza as an appetizer and I had the gnocchi’s for dinner. Both came out quick, hot and were delicious. My companions had the raviolis and said it was excellent. Plus the drinks were tasty and flowing :-) I would definitely go back.
our server SONNY was great we were here last week and came bak again because we had a great experience
By the time we got the food, it was cold. Hamburger was sent back. Chicken paillard was too thin. Service was sweet but server didn’t know who got what...removed some plates before everyone was finished.
For the steep prices, and the high wine prices, service and food should be better.
Piano and singer a nice touch.
Great service, penne vodka was amazing. Try the Watermelon Arugal Feta salad!
Great food as always
Good food. Charged $5 per bottle of water. We were not told we had to pay for the water. Outdoor patio is lovely.
The food was good, the service very good, but the level of the music was impossible. We could not talk and we were in a booth six people. The noise was annoying so once we got the food ( it took a while) we ate fast to be able to go...
The food was great
The atmosphere was awesome
Everyone had a great night in a beautiful reataurant
Poor service this time ...
The Spaghettini a la Carbonara has NOTHING of Carbonara sauce is the wrong name dor what it is !
Favorite restaurant in aventura! Jonathan is the best waiter too— be sure to ask for him!
If the service was better, I would have given it a better review. The staff really believes they are working in South Beach or NYC.
Food was very good. A bit more than what I would like to spend for pasta but still very good. Service was excellent. Our server Sonny was outstanding. He was extremely attentive and a overall nice guy.
