Great food as always
Good food. Charged $5 per bottle of water. We were not told we had to pay for the water. Outdoor patio is lovely.
The food was good, the service very good, but the level of the music was impossible. We could not talk and we were in a booth six people. The noise was annoying so once we got the food ( it took a while) we ate fast to be able to go...
The food was great
The atmosphere was awesome
Everyone had a great night in a beautiful reataurant
Poor service this time ...
The Spaghettini a la Carbonara has NOTHING of Carbonara sauce is the wrong name dor what it is !
Favorite restaurant in aventura! Jonathan is the best waiter too— be sure to ask for him!
If the service was better, I would have given it a better review. The staff really believes they are working in South Beach or NYC.
Food was very good. A bit more than what I would like to spend for pasta but still very good. Service was excellent. Our server Sonny was outstanding. He was extremely attentive and a overall nice guy.
Excellent service and best fried calamari I had tried, also great cannoli and tiramisu
Food is sub par . Have eaten there now 3 times and have ordered different items from the menu. Consistently terrible . Very unfortunate . Needs new chef and better menu / happy hour items .
Chrystal took EXCELLENT CARE of us!! Everything was awesome. It was our first time here and we will definitely be back!!
Service a little slow, some dishes too salty, found hair in one of our dishes, two pasta dishes were served room temperature and were sent back to be reheated
Service was outstanding. I ordered pizza marguerita which was very good flavor, however not much mozzarella. It needs to have right balance between sauce and mozzarella . For a restaurant with Italian touch is unacceptable.
Everything was amazing - the food, service and atmosphere. I highly recommend it.
The food and wine was too expensive for the quality we received. Apetizers were small and average
$20. The service was good. Not worth coming back. I cannot recommend this restaurant. There many others in Aventura Mall that are way better.
Food was OK. Service wasn’t great. Just an average place with high prices....
Stick to the salads, pizzas and mozzarella menues. Skip the bread and deserts.
Have a quick chat at lunch time and leave.
I wish someone had told this to me, before I went on Saturday night.
Very good restaurant, but wine prices are outrageous, should review it ... bread always late !
Overall experience excellent...
Amazing beautiful restaurant in amazing location. All the employees are just amazing. One of the best places to eat in Aventura Mall.
Repas correct pour ceux qui font leur shopping au mall et qui souhaiteraient se restaurer sur place.
Really overprice with added service @ 18%. Food was just ok.
Bonito restaurante con comida italiana normal en un sitio muy cómodo!!Una buena late nativa para familias.
Lindo lugar, buena comida pero los valores son elevados debido a la infraestructura del lugar
Service sucks - food is great
This is my second time and I like this place very much. I have been to the one in New York City too.
The red flags started going off from the moment we walked up to the hostess stand. We asked for a table inside, and were told we needed to wait a few minutes, which was fine. We were then led to a table outside. The couple at the table next to us looked miserable. We soon found out why. The restaurant was full, but not crowded. There were as many employees as diners, and none of the employees seemed very clear on what they should be doing. The service was so slow. Our appetizer came 45 minutes after being seated. My dinner was not as described on the menu, and was inedible. The sirloin tips (menu said filet) were well past their prime. My meal was sent back, and we were told numerous times the manager would be over to speak with us. He never came by. We were so happy to get out of there, and am even happier to never go back.
ES EL PEOR RESTAURANTE DISQUE ITALIANO QUE HE PISADO NUNCA VAYAN
Was expecting more of a party for that evening as it was advertised for Saturday night. Food was nice. Service was great. Ambience was OK overall
This was my second visit to Serafina. The overall ambiance was energetic and the service was fantastic. I recommend starting at the bar for one of the phenomenal cocktails and ending your meal will a tiramisu or cannoli. During the weekday, the space is homey and quiet, with a Sinatra playlist setting the mood. Lovely time of week for a more intimate experience. A Saturday night at Serafina is just the opposite. More like a place to be seen, have fun, and enjoy great food and drinks with a group. My husband and I enjoyed a decently priced bottle of wine, appetizers, entrees, and dessert without disappointment, We will definitely be returning.
The waiter was about average in attentiveness. The food runner who brought the food out was poorly trained and rude. He didn’t pick up the dirty dishes before setting down the entrees...just putting them down anywhere on the table. I was not impressed with the place...better choices in the same mall.
The service was terrible. The food was very bad. I asked for linguini and got espagueti . No taste
Overall we enjoyed dinner and will most likely be back. But it seemed like there were too many employees walking around not knowing what to do. It took a long time to be greeted and for our order to be taken. We watched at least two to three managers just stand around looking into the dining room but never assisting the waitstaff or assisting with needs of any tables. The food was good and came out quickly. But honestly this restaurant sadly suffers from the curse of most Miami restaurants where it seems more importantance is placed on the scenery and less importantance is placed on the service.
Just found it to be a bit expensive for 2 people
Staff were very friendly.
However, there too many trying to attend to the table.
So, orders were mixed up, late coming, and it took over 30mins to be informed the desert ordered, was not available.
Such a pity, it's a nice place.
The food is great especially the Pasta with Lemon but I have yet to have a bad meal and I have been 6 times. The only problem is sometimes the service is slow and for a high level restaurant too many employees walk by your table and don't pick up something
Awesome food! Great service and friendly bartenders that know how to make great drinks.
A true surprise, with a fabulous menu, wine selection, service and location, right next to the Tesla showroom at Aventura Mall. A keeper, for sure!
Lived the restaurant. Bread, Cesar salad were delish. I would select another pasta next time. Dessert is exceptional. Made on site by an extraordinarily pastry chef.
