All I can say is: so delicious! We have a Serafina in New York but have never had the chance to try it out. However, Serafina in Miami really hit the spot. Its such a fabulous spot and I didn’t even realize how close it is to where we live here in Miami. I’m a big fan of truffle so the variety of truffle dishes to choose from was excellent. It was pretty hot and we weren’t super hungry so we ordered: the bruschetta, the Fettuccine Al Tartufo Nero, Tartufo Nero pizza, the tiramisu, and the cheesecake. We loved it all. The truffle dishes here are so creamy and delicious. The taste just melts in your mouth! The service was spectacular as well. Our server’s name was Sebastian- very pleasant man and quick on his feet too. He gave great recommendations for dishes and called our lunch a “truffle day” (lol). We will definitely be back!

Be very careful what you sign overthere. Waiters define their service charge. They added plus 100 usd on to original service charge to my 644 usd check without asking me ı realize when i came back home.

Service in the beginning was not great… no menu, needed more napkins and silverware. Ordered kids meal (pasta with butter) immediately and it took over 25 min to come. Brought out 4of 5 appetizers and mine came out 12 minutes later. Main meal came out together. Noise levels exceptionally high which is not usual. We eat their often.

I didn’t realize this restaurant is attached to mall. This made finding the correct door a challenge. The dinner was not usual setting as we were in the open. There might have been more normal seating on the rear, but we weren’t aware upon arrivals

Very loud lively restaurant... My wife and I were disappointed in our two pasta dishes, which you would have thought would have been excellent at an Italian restaurant (Penne a La vodka and fettuccine alla Pollo). Also the bruschetta was the worst I have ever had at an Italian restaurant - little Melba toasts with some chopped tomatoes on top. Our waiter was excellent until end of the evening, when he disappeared. We hadn't seen him in 15-20 min, waited another 15 min as we were ready to leave, and finally had to ask another waiter to find him. Not a great impression for either us or our guests.

I generally love this restaurant. But when I asked our server, if she had my favourite meal, she said of course we do by the way, which is veal Parmesan on the bone. Then she came back and said they don’t have any veal. I substituted chicken Parmesan, which was like eating shoe leather. The pasta was over cooked .. and the chicken was dry. Our table couldn’t contain the water wine and the food. Usually they keep the water on a side table. It was very uncomfortable. When we got our meal, it took us quite a while to chase down someone to put a little Parmesan on our food and some black pepper. The server was very inattentive . Over all for the price and the quality of the food .. I was very disappointed. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because of past experience.

Absolutely amazing food and service. The vibe was great. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, every employee was so polite and attentive. We ordered the Cacio e Pepe. It was amazing but the show from the preparing chef was even better. Absolutely recommend to try.

It was our last night of vacation with our family & also my birthday! The Argentinian server was so funny & friendly, the food was excellent, and the chef even made a special appearance at our table when my 7 year old asked if he could get the recipe for the Caesar salad, which he devoured. They were so sweet to interact with him! I highly recommend!
