   I love Serafina. I’ve been dining at the one in NY on 61st street for 20 years. I’ve been dining at the Aventura location since it opened and I have to tell you the service last night was the worst I’ve ever experienced at any Serafina location. The waiter barely came to our table, I had to ask for water after we were sat at our table for 45 mins, the waiter was rude and in a rush to rid himself of our party. We were 11 people, and I know that the tip is built into the check, but that isn’t an excuse for us to have subpar service.

   The food is consistently very good. Service was great; attentive and timely. Nice atmosphere. Overall a very good experience.

   Anytime we are in the Aventura area we come to this restaurant. Delicious food and great service!

   An unforgettable experience! We requested to have our meal served by courses, and it truly elevated the entire evening. The attention to detail was outstanding, and to top it off, the chef personally came out to greet us and chat—such a special touch

   The food was good, but the service was crappy. Waited over 30 min for the waiter to come to our table and take our order.

   It’s always a reliable restaurant to get a great dinner. The menu has all varieties that are all well prepared & I always rely on taking guests there as everyone will definite find their favorite meal. Hi you recommend the film new carpaccio, the salmon,tuna carpaccio. The Greek salad is excellent. Everybody got different pasta plates, and everybody was happy with their order. The service was very good and the overall night was very successful

   We were at the mall and decided we tried Serafina again. We sat outside of the terrace and our waiter was very attentive. I ordered a cup of sense he came back and told me they didn’t have it, but I could have the Guy de guy. I was disappointed. No wine. When my Bronzino came, it was of the Branz for $48 with some cubicles of potatoes underneath it and two pieces of asparagus for $48. The taste was very good, but the portion size was ridiculous. Any restaurant I’ve eaten in the 5 mile radius that serves Bronzino serve the entire fish for this price. I will come back. My wife salmon was prepared well over mashed potato, which was very good and she passed on the wine also because we both wanted a glass of on sale. I’d come here several times for business lunch meetings, but then won’t happen again either.

   It was a good experience, a little noisy but not too bad for a Saturday night. Lots of the items had up charges, water, bread with appetizer, and bread equaled 6-8 small pieces of flatbread focaccia. The food was excellent. Service was nice. No real complaints but could be a bit more welcoming and not up charge as much. Would eat there again.

   We actually arrived a little early, I had requested outside, but we changed, and were given a wonderful booth inside, everything was terrific, I had family that had never been there, they loved it Perfect evening

    Nos dieron la mesa más aislada en la terraza el servicio bien pro un poco tardado, los meseros aparecían de cuando en cuando. La comida muy buena como siempre, muy recomendable en general
