The best and consistent chain restaurant I have been to. Felt like a New York version but with better weather. Love it.
Great meal. Nice outside with space heaters. Waiter was distracted with many tables and did not follow up.
Great food. Would like to be told about extra charges in advance (large ice cube, tiny amount of bread).
My experience was spectacular.
Nice place , good vibe
I understand during Covid there might be less waiters, anf food might take longer, but this was incredible. Tables around us would stand up and leave because no waiters showed up. Salsa music played throughout our meal. Food was very salty. We left very disappointed since we usually love Serafina restaurants in NYC.
Food was average. I ordered the black truffle ravioli and my son ordered the spinach ravioli. Nether were great but both were okay.
Food and service was good. Tables lacked social distancing
Food is great but waiting time is extreme
Excelentes alimentos, muy buen servicio y un ambiente muy cordial
It’s like the TGIFs of the aventura mall. Def not what I was expecting. Super cheesy vibe, place was a mess and just all in all wouldn’t recommend or go back
It was my first time to Serafina's. I went on New Years and it was a pleasant experience. The food was delicious especially the bread!! OMG!! Service was good! We were seated right away and our waiter was friendly. It didn't take long for the food to come. The DJ was playing great music and the overall ambience was fun!! I will definitely visit again!
The food is great. The outdoor tables are spaced and comfortable. The staff were great.
Our family of 5 dined here while vacationing in North Miami. I guess I should have realized that given it’s mall location that this restaurant would be busy. It was a hectic atmosphere, and a bit unorganized as far as getting us seated (we had a reservation). The noise level was annoying, but I guess to be expected. My husband ordered a beer, which was at first forgotten, but our sweet server later brought it. Our teens enjoyed their meals - mostly ordered pasta and seafood. My husbands steak was good, and my salmon was also good. Overall, the food was fine, and the atmosphere was hectic. Probably wouldn’t return, just because it’s not usually the vibe we’re looking for in a vacation night out.
Great food; nice people; got a little too busy and had to Wait on drinks and grated cheese - pretty much done with dinner by time it arrived... but hey - they were working hard ..
Pésimo y sumamente tardado y desorganizada la cocina
Mucho sabor a Ajo 🧄
Mesera Amable
The gnocchi are pillows of potatoes! So delicious. But their pizza is the best. Doughy in the beat way and fresh and yummy!
I’ve been to Serafina many times in the past. I had always left happy and satisfied. However, during my last visit the service was extremely poor. On several occasions we were left unattended for long periods of time, over 30 minutes. What was supposed to be a nice lunch, needed up being a 3 hour ordeal. We even inquired for help with the hostess. It appears that our waiter had a completely different section and would forget about our table and our few requests for very long times. Even getting the check took forever. No one asked about the quality of the food, no cheese offered, etc... I am highly disappointed with my last experience. The food as always is excellent and the ambiance is great as well. However, going out for lunch should not produce stress and the customer should not have to be looking for their waiter around the restaurant
We had an awesome experience at Serafina. They were one of the few places open on Christmas Day and manager Maria went above and beyond to give us the vip treatment. We started the night off with espresso martinis and bruschetta. We got the Fettuccine Al Tartufo Nero but changed the pasta to gnocchi (it was to die for) We also go the Bianco pizza which was creamy and delicious. We finished the night off with a glass of Sancerre and Sauvignon blanc. Great night with delicious food!
Other then waiting a long time to be seated (with a reservation) everything was fantastic!
It was recommended as an outstanding restaurant. It is just OK
We’ve dined here on several occasions — always been fine, certainly not the best Italian food in the Miami area. We seem to return because it’s kid friendly with enough options for the family.
The service tonight was atrocious. It took over an hour to get our food, entrees came out every 25 min so nobody in our party ate at the same time, focaccia was burnt, food mediocre and the restrooms were beyond filthy (this is during covid!).
Needless to say we will not be returning.
Excellent pizza and very friendly staff. Great atmosphere with a great mix of outdoor and indoor space
I went there for a girl's night out with my friends. The food, wine & service were all excellent. Eduardo, our waiter was very attentive. From the Chianti to our entrees, each one of his recommendations were spot on! I highly recommend the truffle pizza. It melts in your mouth! I will definitely be back soon.
Call great food, great service and nice atmosphere. Always very pleased when dining here
The food here is spectacular - have come here many time and it never fails. Everything we've had has always been superb. Service is excellent too.
The ambiance was good, but the pizza was undercooked and didn’t like the chicken parmigiana.
Food was great. Service was amazing!! Our waiter Sebastian was such a pleasure. Loved it!!
Outdoors. El servicio fue excelente, las recomendaciones fueron realizadas oportunamente, las sugerencias del Chef fueron propuestas con detalles y las tomamos. Muy atentos, comida deliciosa.
Everything was perfect but the special of the day was too way expensive. $78.00 for a Kobe filet mignon 12 onces. But anyway, once in a while it is fine.
The food and service was excellent. One mistake marred the occasion only a little. I was charged for a drink modification that I did not ask for nor received. I didn’t notice it until I looked at the receipt at home. It was only $6, but it prevented a full five star rating
Great food! Great service! Great atmosphere! Loved it.
Someplace to go with friends, felt very safe and the food was delicious
Sebastian was great!!!!!
Horrible service not worth the money
Spent $500 on dinner and felt rushed. My waiter kept trying to remove plates and rushed us before we were done during the appetizers. Aside from that service was good
Serafina is always a good choice. However the service was poor - it seems they are understaffed. Also, there is an open bottle fee that is extremely deceiving. We called to check if the restaurant was BYOB and the hostess explained it was. So we brought two bottles of wine and at the end of the night we had a $75 dollar open bottle fee ($2 bottles at 35/each). This is unfair and was not explained to us. We spent more on the open bottle fee than the wine itself.
All was good, service was great
Portion of pasta not bad but a little small for the price
Caccio peppe was some Alfredo sauce with some pepper on top. I consider it an imitation. Also it was priced high as a fashion item.
Tiramisu was some cake inside but covered in too much cream. Looked bad and really all cream and nothing to eat.
The tables were too close together and the restaurant was very crowded. I started to feel more uncomfortable as the restaurant continued to fill up. It was concerning since we have to remove our masks to eat and we were right up against another table.
Delicious food in the Aventura Mall. Easy to get to as far as parking and entrance for outdoor dining.
