We decided to try Serafina Downtown. The bar area is nice a good place to go before or after a game. However, the food was just okay. Not bad not great. We ordered two pastas, two appetizers, and a pizza. No drinks only a glass of wine. The bill came to 285.00 with tip. My husband paid it. I suddenly realized that this amount was seriously high for what we ate. I asked our waiter to show me the bill. Guess what? We were over charged by $100.00 Seriously, the service was missing and this type of over charge... No way will I return. A better place for pasta is Sofia in the Design District.

Since the restaurant has opened, everything has been great! Zach provided great service for our party of 16 and the food was delicious! 100% recommend

Im a big fan of Serafina from New York but this location needs to up its game. Paper Napkins NO GO in Miami unless u in a Diner. You need more staff which is professional and trained I went to the opening was horrible now I came back, food is better but still needs work, for the amount of tables you have you need to be on your feet to serve, Miami has a lot of restaurants you have with Earls major competition and service at 60 vines. To wait for drinks 20 minutes to ask for bread and even that our waiter was great and accommodating u saw other waiters had no clue what to do. We giving it one more go but get real napkins!!

I love Serafina NYC but Miami surpassed my expectations. Wonderful service, music was great, and food was delicious and was brought to our table without delay. We will return for more pizzas! The mushrooms and truffle ones were delicious!!

I was disappointed with the experience. I used to go to Serafina in South Beach back in 2013 and was expecting a better level from this location. Service was ok not on point for a place charging $45 per plate. I ordered a Negroni with a big ice cube, they said yes, but brought it full of regular ice cubes. The mise en place was poor — paper napkins in a high-end restaurant don’t match the price point. The lighting was way too bright, no atmosphere or vibe at all. Food quality was low: •The burrata was old and acidic (the server replaced it with mozzarella). •Penne vodka was overloaded with garlic. •The short rib ravioli tasted like frozen pasta. Overall, not a good experience — only the server was professional and attentive.

Was greeted promptly the moment we arrived and seated. Wait staff was very attentive during the whole time we were there. Food and drinks was great. Overall experience was amazing
