Even with the virus going on the food and service was very good !
My mother and I visit NYC every March and have never had better food or customer services than we had here. Everything is more expensive in nyc but I paid the same amount for an appetizer, 2 entrees, 2 teas, and a shared dessert .. than I would for a simple meal anywhere else in Time Square. My mom got the steak and I got a pasta dish and we both walked out saying it was the best food we have ever had.
Food was good... not "amazing". Service was good but felt like I always had to look for them
The food was very tasty and the waitress very friendly and available. The place is too pricey.
Absolutely loved it. Service was excellent, menu was great and food was phenomenal. I had the chicken piallard Which as unbelievable and affagato for dessert I definitely recommend if you are in theater district. It’s a must
We went for brunch on a Sunday. The food was not good. The eggs were overcooked, the Eggs Benedict was tasteless, there were about 5 potatoes on the plate and they were tasteless too and there was no toast available. Plus, it was prix fixe so very expensive for what we got. Very disappointing.
Service was spotty., actually poor. Food thoroughly mediocre. One good thing was the low noise level. Certainly not a place to return to. Once was enough!
We arrived about a half hour early for our reservation. We ordered a drink at the bar and within about 15 minutes our table was ready. Wait staff was excellent and the food served perfectly. I would highly recommend to a friend.
Four of us had an early dinner after a Broadway matinee. The service was A+ as was the food. Definitely returning soon.
Do not go to Serafina if you are gluten-free. It is almost impossible to choose from their menu and there was very little guidance from waiter. My daughter actually couldn’t have dinner because of the lack
Of interest in providing a safe gluten-free choice.
Food was delicious, the staff was incredible and we really enjoyed ourselves! We went on a Wednesday night and it was quite busy.
Cramped table seems to be the norm a well as $5 cola drinks. Food was OK has been better
If you ever been dining in Italy you will not like to eat at Serafina.
We went for post show dinner at 5pm.
Food selections and presentation/taste was great. Service was excellent. They didn’t rush us out. Proximity to theatre was really convenient. Would def recommend Make reservations. By the time we left there was a wait at door
Enjoyed our brunch. Very good food and service. Would definitely return.
the food as always excellent, our waiter was very inattentive I would say impolite, a table with people shouting loudly and laughing. I left the restaurant with a headache. It was not my first visit to this restaurant but it will certainly be the last.
Nice dinner at Serafina. Service is great, food is good.
Great food. Fast service
Wanted to try Serafina Broadway as I dined at the one in the Time Hotel.
Ugh...awful food (compared to the one at the Time).
Artichoke salad was like cole slaw. (Don't even think that it was made the same day.)
The tuna was flat, bland and very small.
The "mashed potatoes" had to be from a mix (all watery and no taste).
This is a no-go for me for future reservations.
We got there before theater for a quick lunch. Service is fast and attentive, the menu is very complete, and the food very good! Great time!
We would not recommend this restaurant. The food was ok, but our server was not good.
Food was delicious, service was great and the atmosphere very pretty.
We love Serafina, It is the place to go when you have family in town, or just for fun with Friends. Thy’re food never disappoints, they’re staff is always friendly and very attentive.
Seated right away. Great service. Comfortable and cared to. Staff is amazing. Food is unbelievable.
Servers were very kind, and the food was very goood
we got a private table. server was attentive and friendly! food was great
Food came out in less than 5, felt rushed. My drink from bar came after dinner served. Also other tables seated 15 to 20 minutes after us got bread before we did. The food had to be precooked and just reheated in microwave not cooked fresh. Wouldn't go back or recommend. They weren't busy for a Friday night plus Valentine's day too.
Celebrating My daughter and her internship interviews!
Not crowded (tables on top of each other). Accommodating staff. Food was good. Good before or after theater restaurant.
Very nice food but incredibly loud in the restaurant. Music was loud and other guests were nearly shouting to have a conversation. I would recommend for the food but not for sitting down for a cosy dinner.
We weren't rushed, making it a nice place to go before a Broadway show. The menu was large with lots of options. Had I been on a tighter schedule I would have liked the waitstaff to be more attentive. Overall it was a good experience.
Service was not good, long time to order drink, food, dessert, clear plates, check. Didn’t understand needed serving pieces. Table dirty and didn’t clean before giving us dessert menus. I told manager.
A neighborhood gem. Took a client for lunch, which was perfect. Definitely worth frequenting.
food was okay, not outstanding (ordered filet mignon and it was quite tough & hard to cut) -- the salad it came in was nice though. very crowded.
This is my go to restaurant before a Broadway show. The wait staff and food are excellent.
Excellent food, good service, but a bit pricey. W
Great service at the bar! The hosts were terrific as was the table server and the food. 5 stars!
The vodka pasta was delicious as well as the special, a filet with truffle pasta.
