serafina adapted well to the covid protocols with outdoor seating with heaters. food was fantastic and staff was incredibly attentive and kind. quiet and secluded area to the point where it felt odd because I was in NYC. the interior of the restaurant looks beautiful, I will need to go back when indoor dining is permitted. highly recommend the pizza. there are so many varieties and they are served
fresh out of the oven and the crust is so thin and absolutely delicious.

Had to send back two dishes due to poor cooking. Have eaten at this restaurant before and have never been as disappointed as i am. I will not be returning.

The staff was outstanding, so considerate during this year of COVID

Louis was amazing. We were there Saturday, December 19th for my daughters birthday and after dinner he surprised her with a dessert with a candle. We didn't even ask, he must have overheard us when we cheersed and said happy birthday to her. So gracious and attentive. Can't wait to come again.

Management should be more considerate with guests’ requests. Other than that, food was delicious and service was great.

Have been there before and had excellent Chicken Parm. This time, however, as we were seating we were told they had no Chicken (which is most of their menu). They got slammed all day due to it being last day before dining in was shut down. We all had Lasagna, which was good (small portion) but not the Chicken Parm I was wanting. Overall, it was good due to the circumstances, so hold off until things get closer to normal. They also did not have the wine we wanted, had to settle for a higher priced bottle.

Disappointed initially because they weren’t serving their brunch menu, however the food and service was excellent. Would certainly return again.

Great food!!

Lovely and attentive staff. Met my daughter and dined outdoors given the pandemic. The heat lamps were very effective even in late November and we were able to take off our coats and eat comfortably. Food was delicious :)

Have been here previously but not for some time. The best cacio e pepe I can remember having outside of Rome. Reasonably priced wine list. Nice experience.

Outstanding service and great food!

We had a lovely and delicious Italian dinner for 3 friends on Tuesday November 10. We sat outside on Broadway under a covered awning, and felt very safe with Covid19 distancing measures in place. The food was delicious and the servers were very attentive. We were never rushed or ignored, and could linger over our meal as long as we wished. I absolutely recommend Serafina Broadway.

Excellent food and service. I define would recommend Serafina.

Serafina was accepting reservations but in fact were closed. I showed up and there was a sign on the door saying they were closed for Nov 3 and 4th. Not pleased to find this out the hard way. It was my first time that I would have eaten there. Not sure if I would consider going again.

Wilson was a wonderful server! The drinks were great, food was incredible and we felt safe! The outdoor seating with heaters was great! Will be back.

Fantastic, as always. I have weekly business meetings with my producer at Serafina. It's centrally located, great heat lamps, and we can work while also enjoying the ambiance of the street life.

Serafina midtown west has terrific heaters for outdoor dining. The menu appeals to a wide variety of tastes and the service is great. Nice ambiance. Warm environment.

Always love dining at Serafina. Food and drinks are always good service is outstanding delicious dessert and pasta you can never go wrong with absolutely love it here.

The food and service were both excellent! Serafina is a favorite and we eat there every time we spend the night at the Sheraton Times Square!

Everything was ok until the bill came and there was a 10% charge called a “Covid recovery charge” - WTF?? I had a $300 bill so that was $25+ charge. First of all they didn’t mention anything about a service charge prior to us sitting down - come on that’s just common courtesy?!?!? And secondly I have NEVER heard of such a thing - basically a money grab with Covid as the excuse. My husband hasn’t worked for 7-months - we go out for a nice dinner to celebrate my daughters birthday and get charged a fee we were never informed about. Complete scam bullsh*t! Never again!! DINERS BEWARE OF HIDDEN CHARGES!!

The restaurant is very on point with their reservation time. I didn't wait one minute more. The food is amazing

Good service and food

Serafina has always been one of my favorite restaurants! The food is always prepared fresh and delicious and has been consistent for years!!!! The manager was amazing and sent us a round of Moscato because it was a birthday dinner! Thank you so much!

We had a delightful outdoor lunch. Serafina Broadway has always had outdoor space. I had the spaghetti squash. It's such a treat because it is so rarely on any menu. My friend had the orchiette and sausage and loved it. The service was impeccable. What a wonderful experience in this time of trouble.

Outdoor dining only. The area set-up is very nice and you feel secure. Good social distancing. We both had the chicken Parm-Excellent and serving large enough for a second meal. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Will be back.

Went to serafina with my husband and 3 children to celebrate my daughters 11th birthday and sons 6th birthday. For appetizers we ordered the calamari. literally to die for ! Calamari was fresh and tasty ! for dinner my son ordered the margarita pizza, very tasty too much for my 6 yr old but an adult could easily finish it alone. My daughter ordered the chicken Alfredo. Her food was tasty but a bit on the fresh side. My husband ordered the Bronzino fish, the fish was cooked to perfection. I ordered the lobster bisque ravioli. Ravioli was also a hit ! For drinks my husband I both ordered casa Migos tequila margaritas. drinks were very weak. Overall I enjoyed my dinner so did my family we will return.

Birthday.
This is my fourth experience in this place. I had. Huge expectation!! But... well, it was ok.
The food was great!! The service was not that good.
Because of the pandemic, dining is out, which is ok. It wasn’t busy, because it was lunch time, but I was put in the worst place. Literally in the middle of the sidewalk, so everyone was walking around and staring to my plate. It’d be courteous if I could stay in a different place, on the parking space because it is more private and it’s covered. It was empty, but they couldn’t care less about it. Overall, the portion was not that big, but the taste.... excellent. Too bad that the service was not great, otherwise would get 5 stars. Coming back again, we’ll see...
