Fabulous. Waiter was great
Another great meal at Serafina!!
The service was terrible! We didn't get what we ordered cooked as we asked. Brunch was supposed to come with a basket of bread and muffins. Didn't come at first. After we asked, we got one tiny muffin cut in half and two slices of a croissant! Coffee was from the bottom of the pot and tasted burnt.
Birthday dinner for four was great
Restaurant was extremely noisy and music was extraordinarily loud, making dinner conversation impossible.
Service was painfully slow
I waited 25 min for restroom
I would not recommend Serafina if you like to have a conversation with the person/s you are dining with. It has a very energetic vibe but on top of that there is loud music playing which makes talking to someone sitting in front of you practically impossible. If this is your thing, then you will enjoy the ambience. We had a simple meal, calamari (I've had better) and pizza, which was good. The service was just fine.
Se les olvidó la orden y se tardo
Great spot to catch a dinner if you’re in midtown
The cook did not show up for work, so we arrived for our Sunday breakfast reservation only to be turned away.
The food and service were excellent.
Tasty food, great location, service very good. Reasonable entree prices but salads a little high. Noise level makes conversation difficult.
Overpriced mediocre Italian food. Stay home and open a can of Chef Boy-R-Dee.
I love going to Serafina's. I have been there several time for lunch with co-works and have had dinner during the Holiday Season. Food is wonderful and service is excellent!
Poor service during lunch time
My second visit to Serafina and the food was outstanding both times.
I will definetly come back.
I had a pasta dish with truffle and butter that was amazing.
In our reservation, we asked for a table outside (because one of our guests has a baby and stroller, so trying to be mindful of others and figured sitting outside where it’s already loud would be best!)
When we got to the hostess, we checked in and let her know all of our guests were there. I had to reiterate the ask for outdoor seating, so it didn’t seem like they looked at the reservation notes. She must’ve gotten confused because when she came back she asked again if our whole party was there, I said yes we’ve been here, then when she saw the stroller she acted annoyed and said “oh so are you going to need space for that then...” to which I responded, “Yeah. Which is why I requested in the reservation to sit outside.” It was pretty rude for her to act annoyed that there was a stroller and it seemed like they weren’t very organized if I had to keep saying the same thing 3 times.
As for the rest of the experience, the service is slow but it was okay because we were chatting and weren’t in any hurry.
Fair warning: the Mescalito cocktail isn’t very good and has a strange after-taste. Go with something else!
Great restaurant. Excellent food and service. Would return.
Good food and ambiance. Waiter was good but did not share any specials and seemed disinterested in being there.
It was okay. Wouldn’t go back, but good in a pinch
This is a great little spot. The brick oven pizza is delicious and the drinks are generous. I must admit I was there for an awkward situation and the staff was super pleasant and respectful. I took half my pie to go and the next morning it was even better than I remembered. Highly recommend! I can also say I've had their brunch before and it was also delicious.
The food was amazing & staff was attentive. We shared an appetizer and entree - calamari & whole branzino with potatoes and tomatoes, respectively - for a light dinner
It was a hot day we sat in the window to hopefully catch a breeze as the AC in the restaurant was not on or working.
My client were very uncomfortable.
Very good service and food was good. Very good place to go to before a show.
Food was delicious and service was excellent. Highly recommend.
I thought Serafina was excellent. The waiter was very helpful giving great suggestions, the food was amazing came out hot and so fresh. They did not rush you and gave you time in between courses!!
Overall awesome will definitely go back again!!!!
I went here for dinner with my boyfriend and left disappointed. The service was good and the waiter was attentive. However, the food was mediocre.
It was perfect !!
Food is always good! You know every single menu item is good, everytime we eat at serafina we know we get the best italian food, never a complain about the food!
Es caro para el valor que obtienes
We thought we ordered a pizza but it turned out to be a calzone. It was listed under the pizza section, slightly misleading.
Great service awesome food not too crowded good space between tables
I would return
This is one of our favorite restaurants! The food is delicious. Although the servers were nice, the service was mediocre, we felt forgotten.
Food is always easy and tasty. Service was lovely. We had a great dinner with our friends.
This was our first visit to Serafina and it will not be the last. I was very pleased with the menu and the service. It was above my expectations.
We all god very sick
food and service was excellent--I would highly recommend this restaurant
As always, very good service and the manager, Jean Carlo takes very good care of customers.
Once again, Serafina proves to be a reliable go-to in midtown (and other locations as well!). Menu is varied, food is delicious, service was prompt and friendly. I will return again and again.
It was a fabulous place, every one was very attentive and the food was delicious.
