We went for "Opera Night" and had a wonderful time. Our guests were just thrilled with the evening.
A friend and I chose the Upper West side Serafina for lunch. We were told the squash spaghetti would have many vegetables and there were almost no extra vegetables and it was almost tasteless. The pizza we were told would be a crisp thin crust. It was thin but hardly crisp. It was difficult to hold it in hand because it was so gooey. So the food was disappointing. Service was good.
Very well designed and comfortable outdoor dining. Very good food and many choices on the menu.
Had a lovely meal outside at Serafina. Even though we had a reservation, it took a while to seat us (they seem understaffed). But once we were at the table, everyone was lovely and attentive. Food was delicious, but a bit pricey. Still, if you're looking for a nice evening out I recommend the restaurant, and outdoor seating is plentiful if you're not yet ready to eat indoors.
It was Amazing, the sever was very attentive. The ambiance great my mom enjoyed her Mother’s Day
We had a nice Mother’s Day dinner that was enjoyed by everyone . The food was very good while the service was average since it was a busy day . The staff were pleasant and helpful as they turned on the outside heater as it got a bit rainy and cold . Overall it was an enjoyable day !
The food is always interesting and satisfying. I had the spinach and goat cheese salad, and it was wonderful. Passed up an opportunity to have the lobster ravioli, which is one of my favorites here. Serafina is a great neighborhood choice; I highly recommend it.
The Octopus salad and the Calamari were amazing and the Fillet Mignon was exactly how I love it--medium-rare, although I did not care for the gravy. The service was great, our server was very attentive to our needs and gave us very good suggestions and recommendations.
A neighborhood favorite. Happy to see so many people enjoying Serafina-both indoors and outside.
Food not very good. Server kept pushing the most expensive items on the menu.
Service lacking, but friendly. Server took order and disappeared for the rest of the meal. Food did come out hot and as ordered.
Nice to be able to sit outside in NYC to enjoy a meal.
Lovely neighborhood place to go! Great food and service!
Wonderful time at "Opera Night." The entertainers were great.
My wife loved the risotto.
Worst service I have ever had at an NYC restaurant in 30 years. No kidding. An incredible mix of incompetence and rudeness.
Yummy food and good service. Nothing blew me away but overall it was all good.
Fun and very relaxing. A great Sunday night date night spot!
Really nice place. The outside setup is terrific. A great neighborhood place, but worth taking a bus to. Will be going back for dinner - soon.
We had my birthday dinner at Serafina. The food was awesome I love their rigatoni bolognese!! My wife had the filet mignon which was cooked perfectly and equally yummy! This is my first choice for my birthday. The restaurant had excellent COVID safety protocols. We ate inside for the first time in a year.
Corner location is prime and great; easy to get to and locate, w/outdoor dining. We happened to dine on an evening with musical accompaniment (Puccini was ever present)! The food was lovely (I had the goat cheese and spinach salad) to begin, and the lobster ravioli served in lobster sauce as my main. Yummy on both counts! Great and ample wine selection, as well.
The waiting staff was accommodating, professional and courteous; we were promptly seated, menus delivered and discussed - and we took it from there. Will certainly recommend.
The best part about my family brunch was the bartender and the wonderful spicy margaritas he made. Otherwise, Serafina is not what it used to be.
The prices are ridiculous. The portions are small considering the large prices. Food wasn’t well seasoned. Almost bland. They charge extra for any changes you want to make. The server seemed very rushed - the place was almost empty.
Great service, great food and the bday celebration was lovely!
Great experience with the restaurant, a bit expensive but I had expected it to be so. Food was delicious, as long as you don’t mind a few NY moments happening around you then you’ll be fine. Thumbs up!
The ambience was great. Jazz was playing in the background and at a certain point, the lights dimmed. It was a nice experience and the food was delicious. Their selection of wines also varied so it kept things interesting.
Classic cuisine, well prepared. Excellent un-fussy service in a pleasant space.
A very expensive pizza.
excellent Italian food for a neighborhood restaurant
Love serafinana as a family go to but still sophisticated
in the warmer weather eating outside was pleasant; the food was good and the server nice if a bit harried. My friends enjoyed their pasta, I enjoyed my chicken.
We each had different salads and each enjoyed them very much---
The food at serafina was great! The setting was super cute and cozy. Definitely coming back here again
the new outdoor set up is superior and I look forward to it lasting for years. generally, continues to be a useful, low-key neighborhood spot and when we get the bar back, I'll be back at the bar. :)
It’s was great loved our server he was so nice and he introduced us to these fruit drinks they tasted really good . Food was delicious I had the salmon and my friends had the steak which was also good .
Very intimate lighting. Beautiful bar. Cohesive and polite staff.
Great food. Everything tasted amazing. The staff was also amazing. Will recommend. And will go back again.
We went on Valentine’s Day and it wasn’t busy at all it was very hard to get a server to come over to us or get us anything my dish came out wrong which was Penny vodka with chicken which shouldn’t be that hard they forgot to add the cheese I eat all over the place and this was very disappointing as there are several locations
The 105th location is probably the most fun because of it’s vibe. Great food as well
