Food was fabulous. Unfortunately waiter was in a big rush and therefore forgetful.

Super fun for groups - met w my cousins. Was perfect. Would not want to go on first date or romantic evening. Service was fabulous. Was great for fun family reunion!

This could wind up being a go to restaurant. The food was decent the service was attentive enough. Decor and ambiance were very pleasant especially since they opened the windows to the outside. One bathroom for the whole place didn't quite cut it.

We both had the chicken salad and it was as good as it always is!

The fish was bland and the service was mediocre. The staff was kind and attentive but they were inconsistent.

We were amazed that the manager (who is the mother of the owner) let a dog into the restaurant. The dog was sitting under a bar stool and the owner on top chatting with a friend. I understand if people want to bring a dog and sit outside, but this was unheard of. We are allergic to animals and would never have been there otherwise. The manager said that it was a "comfort" dog (not even a seeing eye dog, etc.) and that they are allowed inside.

This, along with animals on the airlines, has really gone too far!

I like the people at serafina and the food was great

We love Serafina, but the service, ESPECIALLY at brunch, is not good. When we got there only 1 waiter was on duty, and the bartender helped out. The manager was sitting on the side on her cell phone - should have been helping out where she could.

Server got our order wrong and when it came out he said “the kitchen must have been really busy”. Didn’t apologize, didn’t over to bring our the correct order. Just rude. Bland food and bland service.

Unremarkable eggs Benedict for brunch. In toasted English muffin, bland hollandaise, measly spinach. Potatoes good. But for the price go elsewhere

Service was great. Not as busy as the other locations for Sunday brunch which made it extra pleasant.

Why do they play music that just makes everyone talk louder?

Excellent food and service. Outdoor seating. Superb desserts.

It was clean, they honored our reservation and were polite. However we had to ask the busboys three times to stop removing the plates before we were done. That drives me insane. The manager must be beating them, but there were empty tables so we couldn't figure out the mad rush. For mediocre food at that price, it should at least be relaxed.

Last time we were there, service was lacking due to shortage of staff. The host did remember us and our dinner went very well with extra attention:))

The noise level is a bit unbearable and makes what would otherwise be a great experience, not so good at all.

Went for brunch. The ambience was basic but fine, and food was good but nothing really special, my biggest complains is it’s overpriced. The worst value: a $14 piece of avocado toast was a single slice of bread with smashed avocado and a tiny pile of greens.

It was great atmosphere and quiet place to take someone on a date. The food was outstanding and the service was good, cant wait to go back.

On a recent quiet Tuesday evening I went to Serafina with a friend. Our reservation was for 7:30 PM and we really didn't need to do it. The interior is smaller than I thought it would be. The food and service were fine. BUT, the noise level at the bar was incredible. The loud voices spilled into every part of the restaurant and ruined my dining experience. The bar drinkers stood and had amazingly loud conversations. We sat just a few feet away. I found the behavior boorish and highly inconsiderate. I will not patronize Serafina under these circumstances.

I made reservations for a date night and it was amazing. Customer service was great! I would definitely recommend this place to friends/ family members. Thank you for a great night!

The food wasn't spectacular by any means but it wasn't bad. It was pretty much adequate. Reasonably priced so no complaints. The setting was nice though and our server (forgot her name) was stellar.

I really like the food at Serafina it’s a great place to go for drinks to and I enjoy the people at Serafina

Great food - the waiter excellent but the bus boys were coarse olive was brought to the table which no longer had bresd plates! At the end of the meal they took dishes/baskets without asking if we’d finished! The food made up for the graceless bus boys.

We went for a last min option on New Years Eve. I knew they have vegan options bc I’ve been to other locations. Our table was terrible we sat next to some wet wipes! Yes like legit baby wipes lol smh. Anyways we order I got the arugula salad that was drenched in too much vinaigrette. Presentation and salad was terrible. The waiter just kept passing us so after 15min he comes over and we just got the check and left. Never again

We were allowed to make reservations an hour before closing time according to hours of operation by opentable. Upon arrival, we discovered that the establishment was completely closed. Luckily we live two blocks away but still a very distasteful experience if you had to turn around from further away. We like to eat out almost everyday, just a shame while Serafina having great food will not count on us returning.
