Founder/Chef, Jemiko L. Solo is warmly welcoming you to Hell's Kitchen. After opening their doors in 2018 at Cafe and Bakery in Greenwich Village, it was time to introduce people to another heaven in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen, a place where everyone can enjoy Gluten-Free dishes without any worries which have always been his priority. His place has become “a must place to visit” not only for celiacs but everyone else all around the world.

If you are going to be a gluten-free dedicated restaurant, then I feel like your bread should be amazing! Unfortunately, this was not the case here most of their bread is very spongy and totally reminds me of typical gluten-free breads. I feel like they could do a much better job and have something that has a crusty bread that’s not so gummy. The other food is pretty good. I would also say that they use a lot of corn pasta and I feel like I can buy that I would like to see maybe some homemade pasta. The atmosphere there is very upscale and the staff is lovely, but I’m not sure that I would be so anxious to go back there.

When closed, stopped by as I saw the door partially opened, delightful young lady gave me menus to peruse. We did eat there later that evening, she was our server, doing a fantastic job. Fantastic menu, terrific execution, outstanding service. Thank you for a great dining experience !!!

As gluten free foodies me and my partner were so excited to find a new restaurant that caters to our dietary needs. As a plus your restaurant was voted as the top gluten free eclair in NYC. We ordered the ceasar salad, fried calamari, lasagna and veal plate and are we’re happy to see so many different options to choose from. Only discrepancy was the at the croutons on the salad were so hard it nearly chipped my tooth and the veal though it was filling the plate seemed just thrown together and with messy presentation. There was also confusion on the bill, upon arriving we were told by our server if we used an app called inKind we would receive $50 discount if we spent over $150 before tax and tip. The discount was never received and even with trying to reach out to the app as suggested by our waiter the app company had no idea what I was talking about. We had a great experience and look forward to trying other locations.

We had a beautiful evening here as a family visiting NYC! Lasagna was incredible as was the french bread appetizer served with olive oil and balsamic. Special experience for our celiac daughter to be able to order anything and for all of us be able to safely share!

Strong recommendation, it is an investment, but you get a great return on it! Good quality of food and perfect service in a really comforting environment. Iralien gluten- free food at its best!

The best gluten free meal I have had!! We were 6 and all ate different things and every dish was excellent! Bravo to the chef!!

Easiest at and most carefree dining experience since I’ve been diagnosed with celiac. It was so nice to have the entire menu available to me, including stuffed pastas, tiramisu and eclairs!

It was a lot pricier than expected but as a celiac, it was worth to have a safe and delicious bread basket, meal + dessert.

excellent restaurant for anyone in the celiac category. full menu gluten free and wide selection of menu choices. has a formal restaurant vibe and that's unusual for a gluten free restaurant. overall, very nice. couple of very minor issues. in a lightly occupied period with many open tables, we were seated right next to the door to the kitchen. wasn't necessary. Later in the meal, service was a bit inattentive. These are minor annoyances, we will be going back.

From the impeccable service and staff to the quality of the gluten free quality of food. Absolutely worth the experience. Coeliacs everywhere, treat yourself!!!! You will not be disappointed.
