Welcome to the Chef’s Table at Trattoria Senza – a unique summer experience celebrating the culinary roots of our team. Every Monday and Wednesday evening in July, one of our own chefs presents a set menu inspired by their homeland – always gluten-free, lactose-free, and full of soul. We start with our Head Chef Elisabetta from Puglia, Italy, trained at the prestigious ALMA – La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana. Her menu brings you traditional southern Italian flavors, reinterpreted for a Berlin summer. 🗓️ Dates: • Monday, June 30 • Wednesday, July 2 (then: Brazil, Calabria, Ireland, Friuli-Venezia Giulia) 🕖 Start time: 19:00 💶 Price: €39.90 per person 🥂 Includes a complimentary glass of Ruffino Prosecco Giall'Oro 📍 Location: Trattoria Senza, Torstraße, Berlin 🎟️ Limited seats: Only 10 guests per evening – reservations required. We could not love this place any more!! Giving up beloved Italian food when we became gluten free was tragic, and this restaurant allowed us to have *delicious lasagna* again. We almost cried. The corn and rice blend pasta is absolutely perfect texture, perfect flavors. Lasagna, amazing. Pesto tagliatelle, amazing. We also enjoyed the Vitello Tonnato and the Pulpo salad, both great. Negroni and wine choices, great. Super pleasant to sit on the sidewalk for an aperitivo and early dinner. Wonderful servers who are friendly and attentive and obviously very sensitive to food restrictions. Honestly, I enjoyed this as much as any regular trattoria on a visit to Italy. Berlin is so lucky to have it.

Ein schönes glutenfreies Restaurant, das mit wechselnder Speisekarte für Abwechslung sorgt. Es gibt immer wieder neue Gerichte zu entdecken, die frisch und gut abgestimmt sind. Auch für Veganer ist hier etwas dabei – die Auswahl ist durchdacht und schmeckt gut :) Das Personal ist aufmerksam und kennt sich mit den Gerichten aus, sodass auch Fragen zu Allergenen kompetent beantwortet werden können. Eine gute Adresse für alle, die glutenfrei, laktosefrei oder vegan essen und dabei Wert auf Qualität legen 💚

Great staff and a clean and modern restaurant. I'm gluten free and it was the first time I have eaten in a fully gluten free restaurant. I couldn't fault it. They have a great menu and use bread from Aera, one of the local gluten free bakeries.

Die Pasta war leider nicht so gut wie erwartet. Sie war sehr aldente und nicht „locker“. Und auch nicht wirklich heiß, was bei Spaghetti Carbonara nicht so gut ist. Bruschetta und Schokoladenkuchen aus Capri waren gut. Panna Cotta sehr gut. Wartezeit war für das schmale Angebot lang und irgendwie hatte man uns unten, ganz hinten vergessen, wir hätten sonst mehr Getränke bestellt. Auch wenn viel zu viel Eis enthalten war. Aber freundlich waren alle. Ambiente ist angenehm, da die Tische nicht so eng stehen.
