                                  We had a reservation with special details regarding birthday of my girlfriend. Upon coming they were not aware of this reservation and moreover forgot to light a candle which I asked to light up and even got an answer that they will do it shortly, later they forgot to place candles in a desert after offered me to serve it in this way. This was the worst service ever.

                                  We maakten een reservatie via de website. Bij aankomst werd ons gewoon koud gezegd dat dit niet kon, geen reservatie en het restaurant vol. Ze hadden dit niet ‘bevestigd’. Wij hadden nochtans de bevestigingsmail in onze handen. Dit moest dan een technisch defect aan de website zijn. Er werd voor ons geen enkele oplossing gezocht en we werden zonder enige schaamte de laan uitgestuurd. Onaanvaardbaar is dit, zo ga je niet met klanten om. Een oplossing moet ten allen tijde voor handen zijn. Wij komen hier uiteraard NOOIT meer terug.

                                  We had dinner at Sentro and as a Restaurant in the Hotel, we enjoyed the meals prepared. We were surprised by the high class level of the cuisine and will surely be back! Outstanding and on a top location as well.

                                  We were there for a wedding celebration and were treated so well I would highly recommend it for a special occasion. We were made feel very special. The staff were so friendly and the food was AMAZING. Thanks so much!!

                                  La seule remarque que nous avons émise en fin de repas (et nous en avons fait part directement au sympathique serveur), c'est qu'un des plats était tiède. Les entrées étaient délicieuses et dignes d'un restaurant haut de gamme. Le plat principal nous a moins séduites, même si c'était bon. Le dessert était à nouveau du même "niveau" que l'entrée, c'est-à-dire excellent et recherché. Le service était juste impeccable. Ambiance détendue et professionnelle à la fois.
