With 25 years of hospitality experience behind him, Alex Law opened Melbourne’s best seafood restaurant as well as a one hatted establishment, before returning home to Senti’s heavenly spot on Wyndham Street. A tasting menu served at lunch and dinner is forever changing, featuring a range of high-quality ingredients like foie gras, wagyu beef and French quail.

    The food was high quality and service very attentive. Amazing value for the quality of food. We were the only customers there given the recent social distancing restrictions, really hope to support this restaurant!
