2回目の訪問です。クリスマスイヴだったので決まったコースでしたが、とても美味しかったです。唯一お客様の数が多いため、スタッフがバタバタしており、中々気付いてもらえなかったのが残念です。

食事内容も良い、接客もホテル式でそつのないサービス。ただ料理をだして料理の名前を言い終わった瞬間そっぽを向くのだけはいただけない。一呼吸分の間が欲しい。

Visiting Tokyo for a week, from Norway. We wanted to dine and experience Tokyo by night, and wow- What a view!! Excellent food, wine and service!

Our Server was not very attentive. We had to ask him for water three times before he brought it then he brought the rice we ordered 20 min before the other food came out so it was cold by the time the other food came out.

一品一品が丁寧に調理されていて、とても美味しかったです。予約は、お腹を空かせて11時からスタートがお薦めです。レストランからの眺めも最高でした。

飲茶が食べたくて、娘と訪問。料理が次から次へと出てくるので、落ち着いて食事が出来ませんでした。料理も前もって作っているような、少し時間が経過しているかのような感じで、あまり美味しく感じませんでした。会計が終わって、帰る時誰一人、一言も挨拶もなしでしたので接客も期待外れでした。お料理の印象はマンダリンオリエンタルホテルのオリジナルの中国茶とデザートだけ美味しく感じました。

まず雰囲気とサービスが良いですね。食事に関してはクリスマスメニューだった為アラカルトチョイス出来なかったのが少し残念でしたが、もちろんコースもバランス良くいつも通り満足のいくディナーでした。バーで軽く食前酒を頂いていからこちらへ、という流れが個人的には好きです。

高層からの景色がステキです。接客は申し分ありません。ユーモアのある会話をしてくださいますし、こちらの要望を素早く理解して応えてくださいました。心から有り難いと思いました。食事は、本場のそして多分旬の食材を使ってのものだと思うのですが、独特なキノコなどが入っており好き嫌いが多い自分にはちょっと大変でした。香辛料や調味料も本場のものが使用されているのかなと思う味付けで、東京に居ながら旅行している気分になれました。美味しかったです☆
