We are the Japanese cuisine restaurant where the chef who practiced Kyoto cuisine serves dishes mainly using ingredients of his hometown - Iwate prefecture.
You can casually enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine in our restaurant. Scallops, abalone, sea urchin, oysters and other seafood are sent directly from the fishing port of Iwate. Meat is also rich in variety such as pig, duck, chicken.
There may be rare vegetables produced by the vast land of Iwate that you cannot easily find in Tokyo.
Because we put Importance to the original taste of ingredients, we are particular about additive-free food. Sake, wine and fruit liquor are also from Iwate. We have Iwate's traditional crafts in our restaurant interior decoration, such as Hidehiranuri pottery, Nanbu Ironware, Iwayodo Tansu (Iwayado chest), and mother‐of‐pearl work etc. Please enjoy the world of Japanese cuisine with ingredients produced from Iwate.
A neighborhood gem where you can enjoy a tasting menu of a variety of Japanese cuisine offered by the fine dining establishments in the more pricier districts in Tokyo. The taste, quality, freshness, presentation, and portions left us satisfied, but not stuffed. The waitress was very attentive, spoke English, asked about dietary restrictions and was extremely pleasant. We will undoubtedly come here for a return visit.
