Luxurious yet simple, fresh, classic Italian cuisine with high service standards. Excellent wine list on both value and quality. This new addition to the neighborhood easily rivals nearby Michelin-starred restaurant Essentiel by Christophe. It was packed the night we went and the crowd was well-heeled, yet the place feels friendly and warm like a local trattoria. Would recommend.

As usual the food and service was great. We got there at 5 for an early dinner and the sound level was just fine. It got louder as the evening went on but eating near the bar was fine. It is one of reliable go to restaurants.

The food was fantastic, every single bite. We had focaccia, tuna crudo, fried artichokes, rabbit bolognese and branzino. Cocktails were great (manhattan), and our server was perfectly attentive. Sempre Oggi reminded us why we love eating in NYC. Highly recommend as a favorite.

Water was warm had to ask for ice. No bread brought to the table and the glasses weren’t sparkling clean , a little cloudy. The Vitello app , the warm zucchini & ricotta salad and the fusilli pistachio pasta were all fantastic. The sea bass crudo was a bit fishy. The cocktails and the desserts were very good !! All in all I will return, just some minor details to make it 5 stars.

Food very good but service very rushed, intrusive and hovering. Not a relaxed experience particularly given the price of the meal!

This was my second time at the restaurant. My husband and I had a great dinner a few months ago with friends. This time I brought my whole family, and everyone from my 93 year-old dad to my 23 year-old foodie daughter, thought it was excellent. Great flavors from the appetizers to dessert.

I’m a return diner at Sempre Oggi and am always pleased. The restaurant’s menu is relatively small, with seasonal variations, so I get to try out new dishes while still savoring my favorites. Also, the restaurant is comfortable and — happily — never noisy. Service is super!

we celebrated our anniversary at Sempre Oggi and the experience was outstanding. they did a fantastic job of making us feel special from the moment they called to confirm our reservation until the moment we left the restaurant. the focaccia is absolute perfection. thick and airy with a slightly crunchy top and a sprinkle of salt. the perfect start to a delicious meal. the service and ambiance top notch. thank you Sempre Oggi!

Had a wonderful experience at Sempre Oggi! Ordered too much food as the portions were generous. Could have shared the pastas and entrees. While all the food was great, the stand-outs for us were the shaved asparagus salad, the whipped sheep’s ricotta and the crispy potatoes. As others have mentioned, the service was excellent!
