We had THE most amazing experience here tonight! Peri, our server, was an absolute delight and the food was incredible. Appetizers were the panzanella salad with fresh peaches and tempura battered squash blossoms. Second course, agnolotti with corn and ricotta filling, corn crema, pistachio and green onion and smoked paprika fettuccine with pork Ragu, Jersey peaches and rosemary. Main course was for both of us, the pork chop with bacon jam, cashew hummus and red cabbage agrodolce.
I can’t even begin to describe the freshness of all the ingredients, the presentation and the amazing complimentary flavors - even when it may not sound like it would work. I truly think the agnolotti was the best dish I’ve ever eaten anywhere!
This we our first visit and I can confidently say it sure won’t be our last!

Peach panzanella appetizer and stuffed squash blossoms excellent! We ate two pasta dishes but the agnolotti was superb as well as the lobster spaggetti! Wishing we had room for one more but instead chose the pork chop - tasted it and took the rest home for dinner - fabulous! Can't wait to go back

Meal was good. Outside seating area full of water puddles. Waitress told us it was the AC runoff. Didn’t realize there was a time limit on our outdoor table. Waitress told us to order and then we would have time to socialize. At the end of our meal I assume an owner came over to see how we liked our meal and then proceeded to tell us that they next party was there waiting for our table. Not sure if we would return.
We can’t say enough good things about this wonderful restaurant and delightful food. The service was attentive and personal and the food was absolutely all fresh farmed ingredients. Light and delicious! Not clouded by additives and preservatives or from a can or a freezer. I had the halibut with sliced cucumber and fennel with the string bean salad and my husband enjoyed his pork chop over cabbage with cashew hummus.

Took my wife and brother-in-law (who was in from California) for dinner. We loved everything. Shared 3 appetizers (fluke crudo, stuffed squash blossoms, and burrata salad), and even my wife who does not prefer seafood thoroughly enjoyed all three. We all opted to have a second course of half pasta dishes, and I love that this is an option at Semolina. I went with the rigatoni nero, as I love squid ink pasta, and it was both appropriately spicy and bold. My wife (lumache with bone marrow crumbs) and brother-in-law (agnolotti with corn, ricotta and pistachio) also cleaned their pasta plates. Entree for both myself and my brother-in-law was the halibut, which was cooked to perfection and both light and fresh. My wife went big with the NY strip, and I was lucky enough to get to try it, and damn, that was awesome, too. Our waitress was super friendly and extremely attentive without being overbearing. The restaurant was also able to accommodate a request for a slight reservation change, which helped with our scheduling in the long run. An easy 10/10 score on the entire evening. Semolina continues to be one of our favorite restaurants in Red Bank and the surrounding area, if not our absolute favorite. Thank you so much!!!

The very best pasta I have ever had! The stuffed squash blossoms appetizer was to die for, and the desserts were amazing. I ate everything and did not take home any leftovers, which is very unusual for me. So good,
This was a memorable meal. Treat yourself to home made delectable pasta. Better than most restaurants in Italy. Expensive but worth every cent. Enjoy!
Maybe the best pork chop I ever ate. You have to try the Agnolotti. Half-portion pastas as apps is a great idea! We will definitely be back...with friends!

The food at Semolina is superb! The restaurant does have a bit of a noise issue...they have taken steps to combat it, but it is still a problem. Semolina borders on a fine dining experience, but casually dressed wait staff keeps it from achieving that higher end feel. Not to worry, you will leave there perfectly satiated and wanting to go back! Great value.
