We are big fans of the food and service in the downtown location. The welcome at UTC was nice and Randall (server) was great but the restaurant seemed understaffed. Also we called to specifically ask to move our dining reservation to bar booth so we could watch hockey playoffs and they happily moved us to a bar booth upon arrival. Then at 8:00 when game was on, the bartender would not change regular baseball game that was on for one customer when the four of us wanted to watch the important playoffs. The bartender was serving this one customer with focus and allowed the customer to tell us he was watching the game and we could move to another tv! The nerve! The bartender could have easily moved the one customer to the other screen so the four of us could see the game. Very disappointed!!!

I always enjoy dining at Selva Grill UTC, but really enjoyed having two friends experience it for the first time.

Had Savor Sarasota 2 course lunch and it was fabulous especially the unique Caesar salad presentation!

Want to start by saying that we do visit this restaurant regularly. We went for Savor Sarasota. We had been last year for this event and thought it was an exceptional value. Unfortunately it appears to have changed. The Savor Sarasota menu was placed on top of normal menu. When waiter was ready to take our orders, he politely informed us that the items on the Savor Sarasota menu would be half sized. I understand smaller appetizers and desserts for the promotion but not for one’s entree. This is my opinion. Service was wonderful as always. Restaurant should clearly indicate on all advertising channels that Savor Sarasota items are half sized.

This was our first time dining here and we will definitely be back! My husband and I were celebrating a new home purchase and the server and manager sent over an amazing shrimp cocktail (complete with a dry ice show!) and a dessert as a congrats. Everyone was so nice, attentive and the food was amazing. Totally recommend!

Dinner with friends. We enjoyed the Savor Sarasota menu tremendously. Service was terrific.

When the main course is brought to your table in an expensive restaurant before they have even cleared away the starter you know its not going to be a good evening. The staff were pretty clueless on how to deal with it, and even tried to push the starters to one side to fit the main course on. No apology, no clue.....

Selva never disappoints. Great food and flavors. Beautiful plating. Michelle is a spark of happiness serving our table. It was a fantastic evening, exactly what we have come to expect from Selva. Thanks again!
