   We did the April Sip & Paint Night and it was a blast! Jozie was a great instructor explaining the steps clearly and detailed. I have zero artistic painting skills and even I managed to paint a nice mushroom! Our table was engaging and interactive! So much fun! Great night out with yummy food!

   I absolutely loved this establishment. My sister is celiac and has the hardest time eating from a menu. This restaurant has completely changed that. She was handed a menu that she could eat anything off of. And is someone like myself who can eat anything I absolutely loved every bite of my meal. Well done Selia.

   Great spot for lunch. Hidden gem of the NW. We had the bowls and everyone enjoyed them. Perfect spot to meet friends for lunch

   My friend loved the idea of having a fun menu to choose from. All gluten free. It's an athletic club restaurant that is open to the public so I wa6nt expecting too much with regards to decor and ambience. The food was prepared extremely well.

   Selia is such a welcoming restaurant with really great options for gluten-free food. My partner (who eats gluten) didn't realize his food was gluten-free. The staff are friendly, professional, kind, and incredibly accommodating. Alex was our server and made us laugh. She helped us through the menu and made sure we got exactly what we were craving. It was a really great experience. I can't wait to come back for one of the fun events that they put on and for a smoothie after a workout before then.

   We had a reservation booked for our family for Valentine's Day. We were running a few minutes late due to a traffic accident so I called the restaurant to confirm that we were still coming. When we arrived, our table was not ready and we had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. Knowing Valentine's is likely one of their busier days, we were very patient however everything was incredibly slow (getting menus, ordering, getting our food). Our drinks were never refilled. We were never checked on to confirm our meals were correct, or if we needed anything else. We were hoping to try dessert but everything was so slow we decided we had had enough waiting. The food was alright but not spectacular enough for us to return.

   Everything was great but - Unfortunately the onion rings were oily and soft. Only option for hamburger bun was gluten free. Not as good as a regular bun.

   We Love Selia, my friends and Family , the Staff it's great and the Manager, she is hard working Lady and great heart and customer service

    Such an amazing space, with great a great server. Best part is it's gluten free and delicious.
