The ambience back in 2015 was way better. The music tried to drown out this loud fridge or fan noise or whatever it was - it was annoying. Service was good. But if your interested in a better seating area. Call ahead. No bread at the beginning either.

Had the tuna tartar and my wife enjoyed that, I had Caesar salad and it was dry, no flavour or seasoning. I had short ribs and they were hot, the lamb came to the table RAW!! Then the redo came out grilled and cooked in sauce. Not okay for the price we paid for dinner. Our server was stellar tho.

Our waiter was excellent and very knowledgeable about the menu. Sorry though I can’t remember her name. The food was really good too! And I loved the blueberry mojito! My only minor complaint, would be our table. Very direct to the entrance.

This was our first visit to Seler, we have previously gone to Bistro One over the years. Service and food and atmosphere were impeccable. Everything was top notch. A must to visit. We will definitely be back!

It felt very unorganized. When we arrived there was no one to greet us or welcome us , we had to find someone to let them know we were there . We had to begin our meal at the bar then move to our table would have been nice to not have to move . food was ok . My fillet mignon tasted like a lump of bloody meat it was very bland It was not peppercorn crusted . I would have mentioned it to our server but she didn’t return to ask us how everything was . For the price we paid for our meals I’m quite disappointed with the whole experience .

This was our first time dining at Seler/Bistro One and we loved it! From the moment we walked in the door, we felt comfortable and taken care of. We appreciated the large coat rack near the door where we could hang our jackets. The ambiance in the restaurant is excellent and our party of 3 sensed it would be a delightful dining experience even as we were taken to our table. Our server, Chantelle, could not have been more charming and efficient. 449 characters so far and I haven't even mentioned the FOOD, which was amazing. My filet was cooked to medium-rare perfection and the accompanying vegetables were tender-crisp and flavourful. My husband had the seafood linguine and my brother had the orecchiette with sausage. If not for being in the presence of other diners, I'm sure both would have licked their plates clean! Delicious meals all around. We'll be back!

Only 1 minor issue to mention which did not alter ratings. We were table of 4, 2 got there early and were seated by the hostess. My wife was given a glass of wine due to her BD. We were unsure if the server was our waitress or a bar server. To compound the problem, my son's fiance knew the girl so names and positions were not clearly defined. No problems with service except my wife thought that another waiter was to be looking after us and was perturbed that he did not seem to pay much attention to us especially when her wine was finished and we wanted to order a bottle. A clear message once we were seated on name and role would have made things better. We will definitely be back.

Great ambience and nice staff - food was great and cocktails were fresh. Will be back to dine again! Leah and Kat were lovely servers and every other staff member were kind and thanked us for dining. Ordered orichetti, the cheapest thing on the menu. Just ok, watery sauce. Definitely not worth 30.00. Not even a piece of bread with it and no option for a side salad. Drink prices are ridiculously overpriced. Our server was good.

Service was excellent and good not be better. I was a little disappointed with some of the menu changes but easily found something to order. I had the linguini and it was perfect…. Perfectly seasoned and prepared. I was disappointed with my dessert. I had the apple crisp. The ice cream that came with it was SO good but the apple and crumble/ crisp was not good. Apples were way too firm and the crisp was just gross. Overall the experience was good - excellent server, great ambiance and fantastic entree.
