I enjoyed the atmosphere. However, I was not pleased with the service. The online menu is different than the menu at the location. I wanted the fried chicken sandwich with a salad for lunch. I ended up paying more money for the chicken platter because they didn’t want to serve me lunch. We arrived before 3p and they basically refused to serve me the chicken sandwich. The food was delicious, but the service was terrible. I received a big platter of chicken and no starch. I was hoping for like mashed potatoes or fries, but I just received a big chicken. It was great, don’t get me wrong, but it was ALOT of chicken. I was hoping I would get the lunch portion but I did not get it. My mom also had to ask if she could order a salmon salad and the waiter had to ask if they could serve it. I was in great company and it was a good atmosphere. Most likely, I won’t be going back.
Great as usual! Go to Seed all the time...service and food is great!
Seed has always had great food and service. However, they seem to have gone up on prices a little to much. Still, it is a great neighborhood restaruant.
Waiter was very attentive. Food was good, but they have a la carte sides, so just make sure you order accordingly.
My favorite place in Atlanta.
Good brunch food. Love going there after church in Sunday’s. Consistently good food.
Our first time at Seed to celebrate our anniversary. They seated us in a cozy booth in the back and even printed special menus for our occasion. Great service and excellent food! We will definitely be back.
It is always a great experience at Seed. The food was wonderful, as was the service. We had a wonderful time and will come back!
The food is exceptional as always. I am always amazed at the creative sauces and combinations of flavors. The wine list is exceptional and the service is impeccable without being intrusive.
I have never been disappointed. The quality is always a 5 star. The ingredients are always fresh and the desserts delicious. The wait staff always are professional and seem happy with their position. It is our go to restaurant when we want a great meal!
I really enjoyed the food and the ambiance. Everything was done to accommodate our desires. We were not rushed and love how healthy and delicious the menu is.
Me and two of my friends take turns selecting a new restaurant/spot once a month and I made this selection! Where do I start?? The ambiance is perfect (I’m a visual person). We chose to dine outside since the weather was amazing. We each selected a different appetizer to start off with
-White corn grit fritters✅
-Butternut Squash Hummus✅
I tried the Creole Omelet and it was amazing! For dessert, it’s a MUST for the Lemon Marscapone Blueberry!
I would recommend this spot! I will be coming back to try their lunch/dinner menu
Food was great and service was fantastic.
We started off our 28th wedding Anniversary here and it was a great time and good
Great as always. Service is wonderful! Food is wonderful! Recommend this restaurant to everyone!
I've been to Seed at last 4 times now and it does not disappoint. Excellent food and fun cocktails. Their menu selection is large enough that it's difficult to decide what to order. For parties of 6+, they have a nice room off to the side, along the windows so it is private and easy for a group to talk. Love this place!
We came here for my husband's birthday. He invited a couple of friends who joined us. We shared an excellent bottle of wine, 2 of the same bottles in fact. We started with chicken tacos which were small but very flavorful. The men shared the deviled eggs, which we women did not share because we do not like smoked salmon that were part of the presentation; however, I tried a couple of bites, and they were good - the smoked salmon had a very light touch. We all ordered fish entrees that everyone said was delicious. I enjoyed the bay scallops. We all took a bite of my husband's birthday bread pudding, and it was also very tasty. I had been wanting to try Seed for a long time, even though we live on the other side of town, but the trip was well worth it.
Great Brunch! Delicious Burger and Omelet!
Our server Patrick took great care of us. He was attentive but not overbearing. We were there for a birthday, and everyone made a point to acknowledge the birthday in a thoughtful way. The food was great too.
We are visiting from Wisconsin. This place was recommended to us by my boss Scott Knops. And we all agreed it was one of the best recommendations. Food was phenomenal!! Waiter was awesome! Next time visiting we will be coming back!
This place reeks of awesomeness. Have to keep going back to try everything offered on an excellent menu. So far I have had the BLT and the Fish Sandwich. Both were really good.
As our usual place to go for celebrations, we were once again happy to celebrate at Seed.
My favorite restaurant. Love Seed. Consistently amazing with incredible craft cocktails
My wife and I eat at Seed at least twice a month. The food is always delicious, and their service excellent. Our waiter Javier is a consummate professional. His kind, caring demeanor always makes it a pleasure to have him welcome us back “home”. Seed is the “Cheers” of restaurant experience.
It was a Birthday!!! And we enjoyed the service
Everything was delicious.
We will be back.
Always an enjoyable meal at Seed! The shrimp sambal is delicious and the tres leches cake was amazing!! We were a group of 8 celebrating two birthdays and we were very well taken care of. Great all around!
Everything was great
Smoked Salmon and Potato Pancakes were outstanding!
Went for brunch and food and service was excellent. Look forward to the next time
We enjoyed our first visit. Definitely a fine dining experience. Food was very good
Booked that day for family meeting to plan a funeral. Manager came by, interacted with thoughtfulness and very kind words. Dinner was very delicious, perfect sized portions. Later manager provided a comped desert. Seed has become our favorite place to eat when family is in town.
Wonderful food! Why had I never eaten here before? I had discounted it because it was a small place in a local shopping center -- but I have changed my mind. The pork belly "sliders" were actually pork belly ban mi....yummmmm. Crispy edges, but meltingly tender in the middle. My carmelized brussel sprouts and blue sea bass were beautiful, and a large portion as well. My husband's scallops were tender, and so good he was halfway through before he remembered his manners and said "Uh, do you want a taste?" The raspberry bread pudding was as good as nana's (apologies to Grandmother.) All seasonal and local ingredients where they can get it, the crew here does not disappoint. Service was not only fast and friendly, but very knowledgeable about ingredients and preparation. Will definitely eat here again. Only one complaint -- noise level is fairly high. Not so loud you can't easily have a conversation, and the energy is good, but if you want quiet and cozy so you can whisper sweet nothings, not for you. If you want really good food, come on ahead!
This was our first time and everything from the service to the food was spectacular!
Again, Seed delivers a wonderful experience. With each and every visit, we are reminded that this is the best restaurant in East Cobb. We went this evening for the Valentine's Day menu and wine pairing. We began with champagne and a deviled egg. Both were wonderful. For our appetizers, the lobster claw salad was superb, and my champagne oysters were perfect. For our main dish, my wife had the trout and I the diver scallops with roasted vegetables. The wine pairings for each were nicely explained and very enjoyable. I had the peanut butter parfait for dessert, as I saw that Chef Turbush had made them himself, which was served with a port wine. My wife had a monstrous slice of strawberry cheesecake. Both desserts were the perfect end to the meal. Well done Seed.
Valentine's Day pre-fixed menu. 3 course for $75 was a little over-priced. The food was good, but not that good. We were seated in an area off the main dining room - no ambiance, but it would be great if you want no noise.
Wonderful dinner!!!! Excellent wine pairings. Our new favorite place for special occasions.
Valentine’s Day pre-fix menu was excellent. Great attention to details. Looking forward to visiting again on a regular night. Although I had heard and read about Seed, we had not eaten there, because it is far out for us, but it was worth the drive! Highly recommend!
Excellent food, great chef and fantastic server staff. Very nice experience.
