Sedalia's is a oyster and seafood restaurant by Zack Walters and Silvana Arandia-Walters , a passionate couple united by their love for the restaurant industry. Born from a deep connection to food, family, and the desire to create something unique for their city, Sedalia’s offers a dining experience that blends warmth, simplicity, and joy. The name itself honors Zack's great-great-grandmother, Sedalia Mae Walters, whose legacy of love and happiness inspired the couple’s vision. At Sedalia’s, some menu items change every week and some stay the same based on availability. The Beverage menu focuses on simple but classic cocktails & wines that thoughtfully compliment the menu, weekly. Every dish tells a story, and every guest is welcomed into a space where exceptional seafood and oysters are served with heart, creating memories that feel like home.

Sedalia’s is truly a hidden gem. The food is absolutely amazing – every dish feels like art in the form of food. The flavors are perfectly balanced, the presentation is thoughtful, and everything tastes incredibly fresh. The atmosphere is unassuming and inviting, making it easy to relax and focus on the incredible dining experience. It has a cozy charm that feels both comfortable and special at the same time.

Wow - Sedalia's blew us away! Every single dish was a knockout, and it's crystal clear why this place has earned a James Beard nomination. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely incredible. The flavors were bold, the execution flawless, and the attention to detail made every bite unforgettable. We're still thinking about the meal days later -- truly one of the best dining experiences we've ever had!

Big city dining in OK. Great and different combinations other than meat and potatoes. The almond buerre blanc and burnt avocado were the best things we ate...with more time and a bigger party we would have ordered the whole menu to try and share. Highly recommended for intimate and small parties that are adventurous foodies. The owner/maitre d was delightful and she was very personable and sincerely interested. We dug it and will be back and send others for sure. Thanks guys much appreciated!

This restaurant has a casual and welcoming feel with great music playing in the background. The staff is knowledgeable without being pretentious. The food is likely the best of my life. The scallop dish genuinely made me feel like I was in a dream. Maybe I will never go back for fear that no place could ever live up to my current opinion - perfection.

One of the best meals I have had in my life. The food and service beat most Michelin Star Restaurants that I have been to. It’s that good. The baked oysters and blackened mackerel were out of this world phenomenal.
