Food is always top notch! Service is impeccable. The house made tonic is great with gin, vodka or mezcal. The rotating menu keeps me coming back. Each visit is a new experience. Sedalia's is an absolute must stop for any out of town visitors.

Great food, small shareable portions so the ability to try many things makes it easy. The menu is always different so thats very exciting. The drink menu is heavily based on Wine so be ready for a white!

Wow - Sedalia's blew us away! Every single dish was a knockout, and it's crystal clear why this place has earned a James Beard nomination. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely incredible. The flavors were bold, the execution flawless, and the attention to detail made every bite unforgettable. We're still thinking about the meal days later -- truly one of the best dining experiences we've ever had!
